I never do these surveys but Dennis went the extra mile and got my heat pump fixed. They called within 5 min and were on site in 2 hrs. Excellent.

Replaced burned out fan on my A/C in the Spring. Did such a good job, I called for Fall check up before switching to heat in the Fall. My old HVAC man has retired, so its good to have someone new.

Dennis was so helpful in advising us about our moisture problem in basement! He did a wonderful job checking our furnace and air conditioner in our house we just bought. Installed new thermostat and house has been just as comfortable as can be. Would recommend this company without reservations.

I would definitely give a 5 star except that he suggested that I changed the filter after fixing the furnace, but he did not have the size available and wanted to charge me a whole new service call to grab one a quarter of a mile away from the house at the home depot. Going the extra mile is huge.

The gentleman who called was very polite and professional, and came the same day, on time, even though it was a holiday. He diagnosed the problem was with the furnace, not the thermostat, gave estimate, fixed the furnace and made sure it worked safely and properly.

they installed a nest thermostat for me, and were much cheaper than the company that I am under contract with now. As soon as the contract is over I will be moving all of my business to comfort solutions heating and cooling. I was very impressed with the service I received, the honesty of the owner and the technician who did the install, and I don't know what other good things I can say about them except that I will use them from now on.

From the appt. set up to the completion of the job- precise, polite, cost effective, knowledgeable and a correct solution.

The Repair Technician was excellent! Not only did he arrive before the appointment time; but he was courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions without hesitating and explained why the problem had occurred as well as alternatives to fixing it. I am very happy with the repair as well as Dennis and Comfort Solutions.

The company was able to complete the repairs on the same day I hired them. They offer a warranty for the work they completed. Fast and friendly service.

Justin was on time. He explained everything thouroughly. He let me know all the costs upfront and came back the same day to complete all the work. I will continue to use them for my heating and cooling needs.
