Technician Stephen A is the man -- honest, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. Came late in the evening. Saved us from having a warm and uncomfortable night in Georgia.

The two technicians from Comfort Solutions were courteous and had pleasant personalities. I recently purchased a home and had not used the air condition. I used there services to make sure the air condition unit was operating correctly before turning it on for the summer. I felt they were thorough in doing a complete tune-up and washing down my unit. They also explained what they were doing, which is a plus for me when a technician is doing work at my home.

OMG! I have been using Estes HVAC services in Atlanta. I have always had hindsight that I spend too much money with them. Comfort Solutions came to my rescue ON THE SAME DAY when Estes said they couldn't come on the same day, and would come at a different date. I was sweating and miserable. I was so discouraged when all that money I spent on Estes is the kind of response I got from them. I was not happy with Estes after 4 years. Once Comfort Solutions came, I was so worried about being gouged with unforeseeable costs. Guess what: THAT DIDN'T happen! I was so happy that Comfort Solutions fixed the problem AND gave me a fair price! THANK GOD. Estes is OFF MY LIST! I have Comfort Solutions on my phone list now. I gave everyone in my building their contact card. THANK YOU DENNIS!

AC Tech that came by was nice and courteous told me exactly what was wrong with my system and what follow up I need to do to correct my problem Will definitely use them again.

I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, attention to detail, and customer care exhibited by this Company. Cathy called me early to let me know we could schedule an appointment for the next day, then called me back when an earlier one opened that day. Dennis arrived on time, had the problem identified and fixed in about 30 minutes. From talking to Cathy early in the morning to finishing up with Dennis later that day, the Comfort team was caring, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will call them back for the annual check-ups in the future!

Repaired stalled air conditioner promptly, efficiently, and reasonably.

The technician diagnosed the problem and determined the capacitor was deflected. He replaced the capacitor and explained the purpose of the electrical part. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of solving my problem. My only concern was that I thought the replacement of the part was exorbitant consisting the online prices of a capacitor for my air conditioning system.

All people involved were very nice, knowledgeable and good workers. The installers did a very good job, explained important, showed results of work, obviously liked doing a good job and cleaned up very well.

Very good, solved my problem by replacing a capacitor. Then I hired them to service my units both summer and fall
