Great people to deal with.

The Technician arrived on time. He wore a mask and shoe coverings. He explained to me what he was going to do to clean and service my two heating units. He also told me about a plan the company was offering where they would come out in the Spring and the Fall to service my AC and heating units. I liked the idea and the terms of the. agreement. I signed up and feel good that I have a reliable company that I can contact should I have a problem with my heating or cooling system!

Comfort Solutions came to my aid in a pinch (same day service). I had just self installed a smart a few thermostats at my place, but 2 of them were not working as expected (only pushing out hot air, and the fan wouldn't shut off). It was also a really hot day. The technician arrived, assessed the situation, tried a few configurations for the thermostats and eventually figured out the problem. The system wasn't that old but it was wired in a weird, and inconsistent way between all the thermostats in the house. In the end, the charge was very reasonable, because even though they spent a lot of time at the house, the fix itself was not that costly. Through the entire service, it was very easy to talk to the technician, he explained everything and answered all questions - it was almost like talking to someone I had known for a while. They also recommended another fix that was not urgent, but something I should keep in mind. They were not even pushy about it - but I will definitely call them when I am ready for the fix.

He arrived right on time and was very considerate and respectful. Alex was very informative about my homes systems and functions as well as tips to use in the future.

Chris Borders is very professional,courteous technician, adhered to CDC COVID19 guidelines which made me feel very comfortable. Chris assessed my repair needs, resolved them and informed me what my next steps should be should I be interested in obtaining a new unit, was not pushy or instant that I needed a new unit immediately. I will enlist Chris s services from Comfort Solutions Heating & Cooling in the future. Overall great experience with repair work and engaging with Chris.

Very professional. Didn't try to sell me anything we didn't need. My parents A/C went out few weeks later. They used Comfort Solutions as well. They were also pleased.

Make sure they give you piping or they will keep coming back. They have come out 3 times in less than 2 weeks.
