Our technician discovered a much cheaper solution than we had originally requested and ended up having us thousands of dollars. This issue was something several other companies has looked over and did not figure out. We will definitely be using comfort solutions again in the future.

very helpful and completed job to my satisfaction

I had Comfort Solutions out to look at my heat pump as it was frequently freezing up. They were friendly and on time, and determined that the issue was dirty coils. They cleaned my system and all is functioning well so far. I live in a 2nd floor condo, so the heat pump can be difficult to access from both sides. Comfort Solutions was able to access everything and complete the job quickly.

I like that they arrived within the promised timeframe. They let me know when the technician was on the way as well as sent a picture of the technician so I would know who to expect. The only thing I wish is that the technician (that all technicians) would wear show covers while inside my house.

Repair man was excellent. He showed me the fix he made and thew price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Comfort Solutions.

Good job cleaned up after themselves. But I don't agree with the putting mastic inside the a.c. duct; especially someone with no immune system. I became very sick with a staph. Infection afterwards for 6 weeks. They were very nice though and charged the average price. On Time, I would recommend them just don't let them put mastic in the air duct if you have lung issues.

He came on time, and went thru all the things that could be the problem and it ended up to be the thermostat! He also came in a truck with the company logo across the side in large letters and he had on a uniform with the company logo also. Now a days you never know who is going to really show up at your door, so I appreciated the logo distinction! Also a very sweet lady called me the day before to remind my of my appointment!!
