Jason came out to service my unit - he was very professional, explained the whole process and answered all of my questions. Very fair price. I have a 19 year old HVAC unit and Jason serviced it to the best condition possible and I will definitely be working with Comfort Solutions for when I need a new unit installed.

John runs a very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly team. He came out to assess my a/c issue within hours of my call. He was very attentive, answered all my questions and concerns competently. He was very honest with his assessment. The next day his Tech, Roger came and fixed my unit. He was all work and no play. My a/c problem was resolved and the job was completed in literally less than 24 hours, We were completely happy with the work done and very satisfied with the repair. We definitely would recommend this company to our family, friends and neighbors. This is an A+ Company. We were so happy with the work that we got a maintenance plan for our hvac.

I have a Mr. Cool ductless mini split that required R410A. It is not a big unit (size of a suitcase), so did not need much to refill. Comfort Solutions was not only easy to work with, prompt on getting back to me, on time, excellent tech service, but also the best out of pocket cost to that I found after calling around in the Atlanta area. Some Heat/AC companies are just out to gouge your pockets, not this company. I will definitely call on Comfort Solutions in the future!

Friendly and very professional. They needed to come back to my house to re-install high efficiency filter system that was not properly installed. They were excellent to work with and made everything right for us!

I had a 25 yr. old furnance which was not igniting properly. They came out immediatly in Oct 2017, cleaned it out and fired it up. I knew I would have to replace it at some juncture. When I turned on my heat this past October, I could smell natural gas. I called them immediately. Once again, they came to my home within an hour or so and I made the decsion to replace the furnance. They quoted me a price for it. This was on a Monday. Two days later the new one was installed. I highly recommed this company because they are prompt and get the job done. Joe from Douglasville

was not able to recreate problem I was experiencing, but tested entire system and explained everything in detail. stayed here until he was comfortable that the furnance was working properly. promised to return if short cycling happens again. probably air in gas line from non use in a couple of years... Gabriel is very knowledgable and personable.

chris was very professional and honest. My heat is working and we are warm now. Thank you chris for your prompt response and fast fix.
