+ 0 moreJob 1: Dudley is very good. He does the job when he says he will and knows exactly what needs to be done. Job 2: Dudley is very good. He did an excellent job - the floors are now very supportive with no shaking. He is on time, gets right to the job, and is very reasonable. I would use him on anything that I would want done - including construction which he is very experienced at.
Description of Work: Job 1: While performing a previous job, Dudley found a hole along the trim on the side of the house. He patched this hole, along with two others. ($375) Job 2: Foundation in the basement (supporting the hardwood floors) in a house built in 1920 was improved; foundation supports were added. (Before, when walking on some parts of the hardwood floors, the furniture would shake, they did not seem as steady as they should be.) ($700)
