Adrian Byrd (ADB Network Consultants)

Description of Work: I made an appt with Adrian D Byrd to come to my home to tell me what was wrong wth my computers. Both of my computers did not work; desk top and lap top. He did not charge for the initial visit to tell me what was wrong. They were both so full of information they quit working. He offered to clear both out and set back up for 150.00 each. Both were so old he told me I would have to have it done again. He couldn't guarentee the 15 year old desk top would last. He offered to get me a new lap top and down load the information from both old computers into the lap top for a total of 585.00. We made an appoint for him to come back with the lap top. He arrived on time and set up my new computer, downloaded the old information from the old computers with in an hour. I could not be happier. I sent my old lap top with him to clear out and set back up for 150.00, for my son to use for school. He is fair and honest and explained everything so I could understand.
