Action Appliance Repair

This is the Worse company I used. Do not use this guy. Not professional at all. The guy was sent to my house by my warranty company. My appointment was at 8, he showed up at 9. he told me what was wrong, ordered the parts, on Friday 28th of July 2017. On Thursday, he called while i was at work that he was in our area and he got the parts, he could install them that day. I told him, I was at work and then We scheduled for Friday at 4. I had to leave work early. He did not show up. I called him at 4:30, he said he was on his way but traffic was bad. He called at 5 saying that he was at my home and no one was answered. He lied and told me that he went to the wrong address and he had the parts for my fridge at his office and he would come on Saturday morning at 8:30 to install. He did not show up again. I called him around 9, no answer, at 10 no answer. he called me around 10:30 and when I asked him to respect people times and to stop lying to me, he got nasty and hang up on me two times. I have already paid him $125 for the problem. My fridge was not fixed and he never called to set up an appointment.Get a way form this company, That was my worse experience with them.

Contacted Action Appliance Repair regarding water leaking from LG front loading washing machine. They came recommended by someone from my wife works with. Technician was able to come to my home early morning on Monday, February 15th. Adolfo was very professional and was able to diagnose the problem with in 5 minutes of arriving. The rubber boot attached to the opening in the washing machine was torn. He immediately searched for a replacement boot using his smartphone. He identified the correct model number and told me how much it would be for the boot and installation. He then ordered the replacement boot and we coordinated that he would return on Saturday, February 20th, to install the boot unless he had not received it yet. Adolfo called me Saturday morning informing me that he did have the replacement boot and would be at my home within 30 minutes. Adolfo arrived with the replacement boot and all tools necessary to install it. He was able to complete the installation within 40 minutes. Washing machine works fine with no leaks. He left the area in good condition with all trash packed into replacement boot shipping box. I would use Action Appliance Repair again and recommend them to my friends.
