+ 0 moreThey did a great job on the roofing, but they left the vinyl siding loose on the back side of the house. Mr. Brantley said they would fix the problem, but as yet I have had no response. I have called numerous times to no avail and all I get is a voice mail. Very frustrating.
Description of Work: Re-roofed house.

+ -1 moreVery professional, minimal obstruction, they were mindful of my landscape. They cleaned up beautifully after they left and the only thing that showed they were there was my beautiful new roof. I especially appreciate that they took the time to explain my options, the insurance company trusted them, they were willing to take the time to educate me about things I didn't understand and they were very courteous and professional in every sense of the word and beyond. Very trustworthy group. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
Description of Work: These people sent out postcards to let the public know they might be eligible for a new roof due to hail damage from a storm that occurred earlier in the year. I admit, I thought it was just a scam, someone looking for a way to make easy money. My 84-year-old mother didn't think so. She called them about her roof, and while they were there she suggested they might want to take a look at my roof. As it turned out, I did have hail damage. And I not only one roof, I have two; my house and my storage shed. They didn't charge me a penny for the inspection, and when they came down they not only told me I had damage, they showed me, because they had taken pictures. So then I thought, Okay, what should I do. They asked who my insurance company was. I told them and then they stayed with me while I made the call. The adjuster came out, recognized them immediately, said they were a good company, he went up on the roof (the Brantley guy even made a second trip to show the adjuster exactly what he had noted and why). The adjuster came into my house and cut a check right then and there. Two weeks later, I had a crew in my yard, ready to go.
