concrete repair
+ -1 moreWe agreed on how to do the job and I emphasized that it was important to slope the edge of the drive and patio into the ground and not have a drop off. I paid him early (we learn from our mistakes!) as we were leaving town. There is a 2-3 inch drop off (at least) and water does not drain off but rather pools behind new concrete and the concrete is very rough rather than smooth like the old portion. I have contacted him 4 times and he promises to bring in fill dirt an plant sod. Not discussed the draining since I dont think it can be fixed. Would not recommend him for any job. I intend to file a complaint with the BBB.
