STEVE HALL FLOORING INC

Approximately two year ago we contracted with Steve Hall Flooring to install wood flooring in our living room, a hallway, and master bedroom. The workmen showed up on time to do the work.( It turned out that his son and a friend did the work.) The work was totally unacceptable. 
 There were places where the flooring did not stick and they nailed it down with some of the nailheads still above the floorline, in one area they put the nails in a small circle of about five nails within a six inch area. In other areas the flooring would sink and creak because of improper installation.
 We called Steve to complain about it and he had to send out repairmen three times within three months after the work was originally installed. The new repairmen had to cut large areas out of the flooring and reinstall them properly. In other areas he was able to inject an expanding glue to fill in the depressions to raise and even the underlying floor.
 It has been about a year and a half now and new areas and areas under furniture have been found with the same problems.
 We called Steve two times starting around July 2, 2013 and the first time I called and talked to the receptionist   and she said she would have Steve call us. He did not returrn our first call. We called a second time and Steve answered the phone and promised to come by our house and look at it on Monday July 15, 2013th. We have yet to see him.

It is 6/10/2014 and he still has not showed up!!
