Description of Work: Shea was courteous and extremely prompt with scheduling the appointment and providing us with the written report. She was very thorough and answered our many, many questions. She detected a wet area in the attic/bathroom ceiling that would not have been detect under normal visual observation. Would definitely use her again without hesitation. Great professional and thorough job.

 + -1 moreShea came out and inspected the home my husband and I where purchasing. She did a complete job. I went out to speak to her and she took the time to explain things to me, she did not make me feel bad about my concerns. She was understanding, she explain things in layman terms, what she was doing what she was looking at, what we needed to be concerned about etc.. She was professional and at the same time friendly, and kind. If I know anyone purchasing, or if I every buy a house again, I will call her!! She is GREAT!!!!!
