New Leaf Construction

All the info I could find online pointed to concrete work. The card we got says " New Leaf Company" but has the same owner name. This would help explain why the carpentry was so bad. They reframed a portion of the workshop roof that was hit by a tree during the storm. The facia is rough cut and doesn't match up the the existing wood. the trim they put on has a 1' piece that's cracked on both ends. They said call them once the roofers took the shingles off the other side and they would send someone out to repair that plywood if needed. Of course, we called once the shingles were off and they didn't send anyone. Nor did they call back to check in. The plywood they laid down had two spots where it didn't lay flat and cracked the wood in those areas. There was more nails (and a razor blade) in the 10' they were working than I found from the entire two roofs on our property getting reshingled by another company- and the area they were working in is 20' from a kids playground and an area I had just driven my truck through. Definitely will not have them back to do any work.

I am very satisfied with the work, I have no issue with quality. We had an apprent misunderstanding of what it would cost. I did get a couple quotes and they were in line with the rest. At the end of the job the price changed and he was more expensive than the other quotes. I will say again, he did a good job and I have no problem with that. Only the communication of actual cost.

Good quality company

We had the driveway apron replaced with new/thicker concrete. First rate service. David came out and explained the process, and then checked the progress of the job each day. The crew was speedy, thorough, professional and pleasant. Very good clean up. Would highly recommend this service.

From the first phonecall, they had the concrete poured and hardened within 1.5 weeks. It only took them 1 day to dig and make the frame and 1 day to pour. I got concrete patio poured slightly less than 400sq ft, which was about 7 yards of concrete. They had to do everything by hand and wheelbarrow since I had a small gate for them to work through to the backyard so it cost a little more than they usually charge. In the end, including the termite spraying required in Georgia, we paid $3750 to New Leaf and $80 to the termite people.

I called New Leaf company for a patio and porch stairs. The owner David, stopped by and gave me an honest quote, so I hired them. I m so pleased with the quality of work they did. My patio and steps look amazing! They were fast, on time, budget friendly, and best of all neat! If it weren t for the patio in my yard, I wouldn t have know they were there. I would recommend this company to everyone! The whole team was very professional! Thanks again! I love my yard now!

They were very prompt. They were on time and did a professional job the way they said they would do it. I had some other contractors that came in and they stepped on the edge and broke it! They came back out and fixed it this morning. They even patched up another hole for me that I had concerns about so that was appreciated as well. They didn't charge me extra. Mr. Willis is very professional and just an upfront gentleman.

They were very conscious of my property and very professional and respectful. They completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. All around, it was a good experience. I would highly recommend them.

This contractor did not tell us of the set back requirements from our property line; he did not treat the dirt for termites knowing we were putting a structure on the concrete pad and he didn't put the required footers in either, and he did not have the building inspector inspect the footers before pouring the concrete. When we contacted him to correct this problem he has avoided us.

Everything about the job was top notch. The owner listened to my needs and concerns, submitted a competitive bid and did a beautiful job, on time and at the price and quality promised. Best looking driveway in the neighborhood—I couldn’t be happier with the job. He also has a great crew who are very skillful and proud of doing high quality work.
