David did an awesome job! I called and they came out the same day Once the toilet was removed, it was determined the flange was not flush with the floor. He went thru all available options to fix the problem. David was very thorough with the job, explained what he was doing, answered all question I had and cleaned up after he finished. I will definitely recommend them to others. There is a 30 day warranty, and a military discount!

It did not go at all. The work was scheduled at 9am. Mr Plumber did not show up and did not call. After the work was cancelled, the plumber finally called. When he was informed that the work had been cancelled, he said "that's fine".

After trying to get several other companies to answer phone calls and schedule an appointment, the dispatcher was very friendly and quickly took down my information and told me that I would receive a phone call soon, up to 30 minutes before the plumber would arrive at my house. about 2 hours later I received a phone call from the plumber who said they were about 10 minutes from my house. I met them at the house where the plumber quickly determined the problem was a hair clog and he unclogged two shower drains in about 45 minutes. He cleaned up after himself and made sure that the drains were running clear. While trying to open one of the drains the cover was broken, he tried to replace it, but determined that the age of the fixture was too old for what he had on had. He told me he would have to special order a new drain cover. He recommended that I instead visit a home improvement store where i could purchase a generic cover for $1-$2, a much cheaper alternative.

They told us it would be more expensive to fix the crack than to just replace the toilet. Mr Plumber was really good. I give them As everywhere.

They came after hours. He was on time.

They came right out within 2 hours and fixed it at a very reasonable price.
