Description of Work: I use Astro Exterminating Services Inc. for pest control and termite work.

Description of Work: We found termites IN OUR LIVING ROOM one afternoon and immediately called all the companies listed in the phone book. Three of the four companies came and inspected within 24 hours. The Astro representative was by far the most knowledgable and made us understand what was going on and put our fears at ease. He had information pamplets he left with us ( no one else did...just a card with a price of treatment on it) as well as his office and cell phone number in case we had any questions after he left...even though we had not agreed to let him do the work. We deceided to let Astro do a termite treatment on our home even though they were the most expensive estimate. The knowledge this company has is amazing and the number of employees willing and able to get the job done and done quickly was fantastic. The chemical they were going to use was better quality than the other companies and the turn a round time on when they could do it was great. This is an area where, we believed, you get what you pay for and the foundation of our home is very important!!! They were willing to allow you to split the payment over 2 months and their main concern was to get the job done so the termites didn't cause any more damage than they already had...payment was not their main goal. They had a team come that same week, on a day that worked with our schedule, and get the treatment completed. Before the day of treatment came we had another set of swarmers come so I called the representative and he came over on his way home from work and put out a small treatment in the area that would keep them away until the actual date of treatment came...and there was no extra charge. I cannot express how much better that made us feel. The day of treatment came and 2 guys came and drilled all the exterior of our home including the porches, carport and basement. They had member of management come by and make sure our basement was done properly and up to code since there are few basements in this area...they wanted to make sure it was done correctly. We appreciated that fact so much...it would have saved them some time to just assume it was right but they stopped their work and waited to make absolute certain it was correctly. After a very long day of drilling, spraying chemical around the home including the basement area and having to crawl under our entire house to treat properly, and filling the drill holes they completed the work. I will add that we have 2 decorotive floor porches and you cannot tell that they drilled on them unless you get very close and you are looking for the marks. They did an amazing job on paying attention to detail so it would not be noticed. They left several more contact numbers and said if we needed anything to please call them. Later that day the first representative called to make sure we were happy and tell us again if we needed anything to let him know. He had also came by during the day to make sure we didn't have questions or concerns about the work as it was being done. VERY NICE!!!!!!

Description of Work: They came out to check under my house for any sign of pests. They put down a barrier under the house and treated the area for termites. They installed fans for us also.
