Boardwalk Realty

I recently posted this review on Zillow, and I stand by every word: To say that Szana Marr from Boardwalk Realty is ?the best there is? would fall short. WAY short. I have dealt with dozens of realtors in my time and have been less-than-impressed at best. I have also been known to eat them alive before the end of the transaction (buying or selling), due to their lack of performance. Honestly, I went into the first meeting with Szana expecting the same, and was pleased by her first impressions...but being the skeptic I am, I felt she still had to prove she wasn't "all talk" before I would be satisfied. (I am a tough customer, I understand that!) Szana quickly showed me she had what it takes. She used an aggressive "coming soon" marketing plan, plus her fantastic background in interior design and unique eye for how to really successfully show a property to the best of its ability to suggest changes that were within my budget and timeframe. Szana always kept my goals and any limitations I gave her in mind and made this a true partnership, which in my eyes is exactly what selling a house should be. Her responsiveness to every email, text, and phone call were amazing and she always followed up. That is impressive to me. The house went on the market during what is considered the slowest time of the year (shortly after Christmas - Jan 10, to be exact), and Szana had multiple quality showings within days, to the point where I was losing track of which showings were which. Each party that came through was qualified and ultimately interested, because Szana had given me fantastic advice on how to properly price my property according to the comps in my area and the inventory that was currently out there. She organized an Open House (was held on Jan 11) and it went so well that I ended up with multiple offers (on Jan 12). In all my years of buying and selling real estate, I have never had a multiple offers situation, but let me tell you, it is a great situation to be in! Szana walked me through the process like the pro she is, and even dealt with a very difficult situation I was having with a tenant living on one side of my property. She served as a buffer for me, and made that aspect of the sale amazingly smooth. Szana's negotiation skills are bar-none the best I have ever seen. She got me a contract that was better than I could have ever anticipated and I was very, very pleased with the outcome. She was phenomenal all the way through to closing (Feb 9) and it was ultimately the smoothest transaction I have ever had hands down. I have already recommended Szana to all of my closest friends and even strangers I don't even know. And I will continue to do so without hesitation. She is a true professional in the purest sense of the word. And I will tell you that anyone looking to buy or sell property would be a fool to consider using anyone else.
