Blessed Air and Heat

They were good. They should spend a little more time before doing the work and not getting any errors as they are going through to see how things are going. We are concerned about the position of the air conditioning system. I would recommend them.

I spent two days calling one HVAC contractor after another until I found Blessed Air & Heat. I was tired of getting the exact same quote for about 15 HVAC dealers around Atlanta. They all quoted $3000-$3500 and without exception they were NOT interested in doing the job for less. I needed a 2 ton unit with new coil. If you look below at the enclosed link you can CLEARLY see avg costs for equip and install. This is why I knew that $3000 + was totally way too high. Not only were these other contractors way too high, they were pretty snotty about it as well. Then I got in touch with Blessed Air & Heat and boy was I pleasantly surprised at his quote, which was right on the money. Anthony came out Thursday and his installers came out Friday morning and in 2 hours I was a very happy camper. They were knowledgeable. We really liked them. We liked the guy that they sent to do the work, he was really good and fast. They were a good price too. We have 2 air conditioner units, we have a pretty big house. They really had a good price, this was a very expensive unit and anybody else would have charged a lot more. They were really, really nice and educated. They didn't act stupid, they didn't act like they didn't know what they were doing. They acted like they knew what they were doing, they actually knew what they were doing. We have had several that did not know, didn't have a clue and charged us for things that weren't wrong and never fixed the problems. We wound up having to replace the unit because when we moved into the house it was a new unit but the people that we had thought that it was already broken. It was just a fiasco from beginning to end. This one got it right, thankfully and we would use them only. I would use them and only them in the future.

When company owner visted property to analyze ac ducting problem, he missed an obvious solution and recommended a lot of unnecessary work. This company ok for straightforward ac work but not for anything with any complexity. Their prices are low.

We had a little mix up on the time because they were running behind schedule. Once they started, it was perfect and I had no problem with them. They were in and out. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. When they finally turned the air conditioner on, I guess they forgot to put the cooler in but they came back and fixed the problem.
