It took a few tries to get a hold of Robb Smith of Above and Below Ground Services. Once I got in touch with Mr. Smith, we discussed my issues of a gravel driveway which has washed out one too many times for my liking. All the heavy rains that we have experienced this year had laid waste to my driveway. I was ready to call in the gravel trucks for the driveway, but Mr. Smith came out looked over my driveway and suggested that my driveway had enough gravel left, it need to be reconditioned. He arrived promptly at 0800 that morning and his crew diligently worked to repair the driveway. The repairs took about two hours to complete. He brought in his bobcat with bucket to rip up the driveway and a harley rake attachment which helped to pack down the driveway. He suggested that we create two breaks in the road much like a large speedbump which would help to divert the majority of future rainfalls to the ditch instead of destroying my drive. The crew were busy raking, conditioning and using the gas powered plate tamper which compacted the driveway at these newly created speedbumps. The driveway looks good, the rock is where it should be, in the drive and I am happy.
