Our Fall & Winter rates for labor only or labor and a truck. Two men and truck $125.00. Two men and no truck $90.00. For every added truck or men there is a $30.00 charge added to the labor cost.

Annabells Movers provide the service of labor only or full moving service. We pad up the furniture in the customers home, we pad up the doorways and put down floor protection on the floors. Our service include loading and unloading customers into their new location.
Services we don't offer
We don't transport hazardous material such as flamble items. Propane tanks, lawn mowers, firearm equipment and etc.

To be clear I was not going to write a review, but since they keep bothering me I feel like maybe this will make it stop. I'm also writing this in hopes that no one else has to go through this.
"This customer was sent out a claims form a week from his move and was told to send the claims back in 90 days from his move date. The guideline to the claims form was sent to him with his claims form telling him not to text or email pictures or receipts. He was suppose to fill out the claims form and mail it back to us which he never did. If he would of have it would of included pictures, estimates of the repairs or purchased of the damaged items. Well {member name removed]started texting me his pictures of damaged items 4 months after his move. So his claims was declined due to his tardiness to get the claims form into our office. Our office was prompted to send him the claims form a week after his move, looking for him to get the forms, receipts, and pictures into us so we could honor his claims. As Movers we do have guides lines which we must follow to stay in compliance. Myron Davis Owner/President"
"This customer was so rude when we contacted her back. We offered to her Household goods insurance which provides three types. She didn't want to purchase any additional insurance, but went with our free insurance called Basic Valuation which covers .60 cent per the weight of the itemed damaged. She claimed her insurance covers moving and she didn't want more insurance. The mover claimed as he picked the item up it collapsed right in from of him and the customer and customer claimed it was old and it was ok. The driver said that the customer wanted him to park on the grass close enough to the building. The driver did not want to park on the grass after it has rained which made the customer more upset. We let all customers know under the discounted service move we do charge a fuel surcharge ($25.00), Long Walks fee ($25.00), and extra flight of stairs outside of the one at each location ($25.00). The customer used the single mother excuse to get an extra deal and a discount on top of a discount. Annabells Movers Inc. do provide service to a lot of customers no matter what their situation. We do want to provide to best of knowledge on ever move, but we can not guarantee a perfect move on every move."
appointment for 10:00 a.m. on Sunday morning, and he confirmed with me on
that call the appointment time and date. A couple of days later I got a
call from the secretary of the company verifying the time and date of my
appointment. I could hear the owner in the background talking to her
telling her the time and date of my appointment. I had to tell her two
times the appointment time and date. Realizing that she may be confused,
I had her repeat the time and date of the appointment back to me. When
moving day came, they did not show up on time. I gave the owner a call, and he finally answered on the third call. He said that he would call the movers and see where they were, and have them call me back. After about 45 min. he had not called me back. I called him back and he asked, "They still haven't called. you?" He told me they were having traffic problems. On a Sunday morning? Really? Anyway after an hour and a half had passed and still no movers I called them back, but couldn't get anyone on the phone. I just got a message that his voice mailbox was full and I couldn't leave a message. I tried calling all afternoon at no avail. I finally started moving myself at about 4 in the afternoon when I got a call from the movers. they said they would be there in 2 hours. They got there at 7 in the evening. They said they got double booked, and the person before me took longer than she had scheduled them for. Bottom line is the movers themselves were terrific, but the secretary and owner need to get their stuff together. The professionalism and support the movers offered is the only reason I didn't demand a full refund.
"This customer called in last minute to book with us and we did try every effort to try to accomadate him on this day. We started with a new company Groupon which was a discounted service for the customers. Groupon was not paying us enough to be able to do full service moving at this low price. So yes we did get overbook at this time to try and break even on these moves. But It did not help us that we had to close business near the end of the year and regroup for the upcoming year (2013). We are no longer with Groupon, but we have joined companys like Yelp, Half Off Depot, Living Social, Kudzu, and Manta this year that will help us grow. And we are sorry if we could not accomdate this customer to his standards, It was our first year in the metro area with a new office, crew and management. We hope with a year under our belt that we have learned from our mistakes in the past and know that our future is looking bright! Thank you, Myron Davis Owner/President Annabells Movers Inc."
