I had a great experience with Owen Plumbing and will use them again for any future plumbing needs. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up everything before leaving. They seemed very knowledgeable and I liked how they discussed pricing and what all was being done upfront. Overall a very good experience.

Bobby was knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. He explained everything he did and guided us through the process which we really appreciated. We have found a reliable plumber that we will def use if we had any other issues in the future. He is reasonably priced and honest in his work.

Seems to have limited experience with plumbing. Did clear the clogged drain but charged far more than my regular plumber would have. He and his helper had pleasant personalities. Agreed to disconnect broken dishwasher, for a fee (too much) and did not plug drain connection so then a leak under the sink. Also did not cap the electrical cable, just left the breaker off (with my knowledge), but unfortunately same circuit that served thermostat so I had no AC until I had regular HVAC tech come, more than 24 hrs later. He needs to stick with drain clearing.

Returned my call within minutes of finding him on Home Advisor. Gave me quote up front and stuck with it. Went over and beyond to ensure the job was done right. Didn t mind me looking over his shoulder the entire time. Highly recommend.

Did not do a good job. Ripped me off $400 of my money. I would like full refund to hire new contractor. He should not be on HomeAdvisor!

Bobby Owen was great to work with... Very responsive, friendly, and he fixed my clogged drain. I would definitely use him again!

Mr. Owen was very professional yet very kind and understanding, he came out Sunday evening and unclogged three drains and repaired some things for us, it was after dark before he left, for everything he did the price was great, Thank You Mr. Owen, not many plumbers will come out on the weekend let alone a Sunday.
