"Professional, courteous, fair and punctual! I called and spoke with the owner on a Monday afternoon at closing time in a panic. I needed someone to come out the next day before 1PM so that the property could close as planned. I had an entire small house and outdoor shed full of items that needed to be removed. L&R had someone out early the next morning and cleared all the debris and trash away with time to spare!! These guys are on top of their game. I will definitely call them for all my residential and commercial clean outs in the future. They went above and beyond to earn my business."

Trip Charges are included in the price per job. I do give FREE estimates on all jobs with the exception of " Insurance Estimate Jobs". For any job that is requiring an estimate for the insurance company. There will be a charge of $25.00 per estimate. IF I am awarded the job, this $25.00 will be deducted off of your final price. Therefore making it a FREE estimate. Unfortunately I've given FREE estimates in the past for these jobs, only to have the homeowner ONLY use me long enough to get the money from the insurance company & I never hear from them again. This is the only way I can see to keep it honest.
