Ductz of Greater Atlanta

I fell for a scam and Ductz came out to confirm that my ductwork was still dirty. They let me look inside to see where the scammers didn't clean the trunk line at all. Ductz cleaned & sanitized my ducts and I was so impressed with their work and professional service. Never again will I use anyone else to clean my ductwork.

They showed up as promised and spent well over half the day. They were thorough and courteous. The only thing that disappointed us was a promise of photos before and after that were supposed to be emailed, but we never received. My husband was home and monitored the job, so we are sure that it was completed,,,we just never got the pictures.

Outstanding. Everything was a clean as can be when they were done. There wasn't even any sign that someone had been there so the post-clean up work was fantastic.

They did a great job and I am so late in writing this review. If you have never had this done you would be shocked at what comes out of your vents. I know I was and will plan on doing this once ever year with Ductz.

Called to confirm two days in advance, arrived on time, very professional crew, introduced each worker, wore uniforms, etc. Worked at a good pace and were very respectful. They did an excellent job and were very pleasant to be around. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

Willie and Trey were extremely professional and thorough. They took great care to ensure all of our personal belongings were protected and covered during the cleaning process. They replaced a faulty section of ductwork, free of charge, simply because I brought it to their attention. They also spent an extra hour of time retrieving a diamond ring that had been dropped down into one of the supply registers, again, free of additional charges. I would highly recommend Ductz of Greater Atlanta as well as Willie and Trey!

Will and Trey were the most courteous technicians I have had the pleasure of meeting from any company. They were on time, polite, explained everything in detail prior to beginning work. They took before and after pictures, and how amazing the entire vent systems looked. They also removed the blower from the handler and cleaned it so it looked like new again. After they were complete they performed a complete walk through and showed me where they had cleaned, tapped holes and covered up again. I will be using this company again for any vent/duct cleaning needs in the future.

Excellent service! After making calls to two other companies on Angie's List, I contacted Ductz of Greater Atlanta to clean my dryer vent. The other two companies told me that they would not service my area (one said I had to get a total duct cleaning and combo it with the dryer cleaning in order for them to come out). Anyway, Ductz of Greater Atlanta was extremely courteous & professional from the initial phone call, to the service and even the follow-up receipt/email I received. My appointment time was 8:00am and the service men (Willie & another gentleman) were there right on time! They were extremely professional & knowledgeable of the job they did. I feel like I had a thorough understanding of the service they performed. I couldn't have been more pleased with this company and the work performed. Will definitely use this company again!

It was great. They got here a few minutes early and got started quickly. I couldn't have asked for nicer men with whom to work. They were efficient at their jobs and very cordial.

The two guys arrived promptly on the scheduled time, explained what they would do. All ducts under the house were cleaned, furnace cleaned, all air vent covers in house removed and cleaned... I am very pleased and the dust level inside the house has decreased tremendously. I can breath better and wish I had done this sooner.

Excellent Service. 2 Servicemen were polite, and ensured to put down coverage over indoor carpets. They responded in total to my questions of what was being done. They were careful in bringing in their vacuum equipment. They made recommendations on how to further improve keeping our air ducts clean. They were complete and timely.

They were professional and explained how the other cheaper companies were not cleaning my ducts as well. They are more expensive but for good reason. They disassembled and reassembled my entire blower unit and found all the dust the other guys were leaving behind. I've had a HUGE improvement in the dust in my home. Thanks guys.

The job went very well. They technicians were a little later than the 8:00 AM appointment time, but got right to work. They worked straight through without stopping and finished right on time. They explained the procedure to me and even washed the vent covers with soap and water before re-installing them.

Two technicians arrived on time and provided excellent professional service. They exhibited kindness, as well as integrity, as one of them found a misplaced ring when setting up in the attic and brought it to me immediately. They took care to cover furniture, etc. for protection and finished in a timely manner, taking care to clean up as needed and put things moved, back in their places. I would definitely use DUCTZ in the future!
