 + -1 moreTwo of the awnings are fine and the third is puckered. We've called no fewer than 10 times over the past 6 weeks to ask that the problem be fixed. Our salesperson, Frank Mann, has told us four times, "I'll be out tomorrow to take a look," but has never done so. He failed to show up again today, so we feel our only recourse is to dispute the credit card charge.
Description of Work: The company installed three awnings. Two were built from scratch, frames and canvas. The third is replacement canvas over the existing frame (as recommended by Frank Mann, the salesman).

 + -1 moreI called the company around 9:30 am on Monday, March 2 and they sent a gentleman to make the repair by 11:00 am. He was very professional and took care of the problem in less than an hour.
Description of Work: Repaired an awning that was damaged during the snow on March 1.

 + -1 moreFrank came out and did a quick estimate and was very helpful in discussing options and alternatives. His crew who came out to actually install the awnings was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They completed their work skillfully and quickly.
Description of Work: We had two old awnings removed, and Capital manufactured 3 new awnings to replace the old ones and add some additional coverage on our deck.

 + -1 moreI will use this company again because there was a small problem and Frank made it right. He kept sending people back until it was right. Frank is great. I really like him a lot. I think Frank is the owner too. The company has been around for a while. I used them about six years ago and the service was great. I am happy to report they are just as good now.
Description of Work: Frank Mann from this company built five awnings for me. Three were small ones. Then I had a retractable and a huge awning built.
