Concrete lifting. Highly recommend. A concrete pad on the side of the garage was sinking and had dropped about 16 inches below level grade. I wanted the ground stabilized so that it would not pose a threat to the garage, and I wanted the concrete lifted as much as possible back to level. I did not expect it to be completely made level, but I hoped it would be improved as close as possible to level. Raymond and Mike did an outstanding job! Their customer focus was at the top of their priorities. They set realistic expectations and far exceeded them. They kept me involved in the key decisions all through the day. Each time I went to see their progress I kept being surprised at the level of achievement they had already met. There were problems with our slab being thin and unreinforced but they worked creatively to overcome the issues. I will see what happens with the warranty and how things progress in the future, but my expectations are good. Their word was not full of hype and marketing puffery, but if anything it was understated, realistic, and totally credible so I have a good feeling about the future of their repairs. I already recommended them to a neighbor..

Good work

The demolition crew was great cleaning up after. The installation crew of two young men did a professional job and cleaned up very nicely. I was impressed. I only wished the company could replace what was torn out in order to complete the work. Overall a great experience ð   !

Installer worked for over 3 hours on project and told me could not repair. I requested refund of deposit. Told that they have the right to send someone else or no refund. When I was told by the initial technician problem impossible to resolve I thought no one could resolve so I requested at least a partial refund. Will never use or recommend these people ever.

A few delays due to weather and COVID-19. But they did a good job

This company did nothing but lie for the beginning. Had problems with service and they keep giving me different people even after I was told my numerous people that they would handle my concerns. Had to return many times to get the project done. Very disappointed with this company. No one cares all they want is your money, donâ t care if you are satisfied or not.

Always on time . Excellent work despite the heat. Friendly and answered any questions I had. Job is great looking and admired by anyone tha sees it. Highly reccomend Jody.t

I needed to know why it was happening, a guess of fixing the symptoms.

Everything from the first visit and estimate to the work completed went smoothly and on time. The crew of Jeff and Gene were polite, knowledgeable and did a terrific job of leveling my sidewalk. They were prompt and cleaned up and didn't have to tear up the lawn. I would recommend AquaGuard and their employees. Sheila called me to make sure everything was in order for the work to be performed.

This is the 2nd time I have used AquaGuard. It was to finish the installing of the piers in the back of my townhome. Adel T. & Branson B. were the crew to complete the work. They didn't even stop to eat & was evening smiling through the sweat & tears as the day got warmer! I ALWAYS found AquaGuard to be very polite & kept me posted on the progress. I will be using them, again, for another project in the near future.

Friendly Professional service

where do I begin? The sales team was good, worked with me to reduce the price. Down hill from there. First try, the team did not know how a wood beam works. Supposedly they talked with their company engineer before the install. Very poor work, 2x10 were laid sideways not vertical. They did not jack up the room to level as they were contracted. We even discussed in detail what they were to do before they began, posts and footings were not aligned properly, posts set on edge of footings. Second try, the beam they installed was too short. They needed 14 cut down, they bought 12. I was the one that noticed the error, though they had been working on it half a day. Third try, got the beam length correct finally, no knee braces, beam was connected to posts with ordinary wood screws. Bracing and metal connectors are absolutely necessary. All the field team were nice guys, just not versed in the work that needed to be done. Paid way too much for what I got.

Everyone else I interviewed tried to sell me services I did not need at a much higher price. I don't like to be "sod up", and Aqua Guard did not.

Connor, Cody, and Michael were very professional and did a great job. They answered all my questions and concerns with courtesy and patience.

All of the professionals I worked with were very helpful and courteous. Michael Morgan met with me and was very thorough in explaining the process so that I understood. He was very pleasant and professional. Tim and Lavelle did the installation and did a great job. They arrived on time and worked continuously without a break until the work was completed. They kept me informed and it was very easy to communicate with them. My driveway is now even and looks better than I thought it would. Thanks to all for a job well done.

This has not been a good choice. They have not done the work yet. They rescheduled me for March 2nd. With all this rain my room has flooded several times, and we are about to have more rain. Not happy with Aquaguard at all.

I had a drain system installed by Aquaguard several years ago. I was very dissatisfied and unhappy with their customer service, contractors and the state they left my house in. At that time I wrote a negative review based on my experience and was totally surprised when the owner of the company reached out to me to express his concern, but also to ask if I would remove the comment. I was kind of impressed that the took the time to call and that he also promised to send someone out for my first year of maintenance at no charge. I was not impressed for long as he did not keep his word. He basically called to get the review removed so his mission was accomplished. Fast-forward to present day where I still have the same problem that I had prior to spending the $5K for the drain installation. We called Aquaguard to come back out and they basically said that the contractors should have installed **vapor seal** to the concrete wall behind the dry wall when they installed the drain and that the dry wall would need to be taken out so that this could be done, at an additional cost to ME! Long story short, I have paid $5K for a drain system that is useless to my home because their salesman and contractors did not do their jobs. It is literally raining inside of my wall, it is so ridiculous. I am now having to contact one of their competitors to come out to my home to address the SAME problem that Aquaguard SHOULD have addressed years ago and I will probably end up spending just as much again. I am aware that they have great reviews however I am one of their customers that would not refer Aquaguard to my worst enemy!

Let's start from the beginning. The sales call was quick and easy; next, we had to schedule the job. We were told, "someone had to be home for the service call." I took a half-day off from work. I had to find a substitute for my class, make lesson plans, and prep the plans for the teacher. We had to wait over a month to make this appointment work. Day of installation; the installers came early, did the job, and left before my half-day began. I lost 4 hours of paid time off for nothing, along with all the prep work to make this happen. The installer called saying the salesperson will make an appointment to review the work. No one called. The job is OK. We are not happy with a few of the areas. The color is not close to what we were promised, making the areas more noticeable. The bill arrives, again we never heard from our salesperson, we had to reach out to him. We asked him to come by and look at the job with us. #1 Post work appointment- he never shows up. We call him; after waiting an hour, he does not answer his phone. The next day he said he had car problems and reschedules. #2 Post work appointment- He never shows up again. He calls later the next week, giving the excuse of so busy and overbooked. #3 Post work appointment- NO SHOW AGAIN!! Each of these appointments is a loss time at work for one of us, rushing home, traffic anxiety to be home for the appointment, to be stood up by a salesperson three times. We are not happy with the transaction, and being stood up three times is horrible customer service. An employee represents the company- We have lost time at work- which is money and how we look to our employer- For these reasons- we are not happy with the service and Aquaguard.

Conner and Cody with AquaGuard Foundation Solutions were the very best crew! They put in 4 Piers and Did some Poly work to raise my back patio and front stoop. They worked so very hard, were on time and were very helpful - even going so far as to help save a flowering gardenia that was square in the way of the Piers. And they were so very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them!
