Although I didn’t hire them, they came out and gave me a good assessment and determined that I wouldn’t need their services.

Aquaguard was fine, but sub contractor they hired to actually installed the encapsulation was constantly late or not showing up at all. A job I was told would take 2 days took 2 weeks before completed. They also left trash in crawlspace just inside the door. Pieces of pipe for instance. Sealant foam left oozing out of vents outside of crawlspace wall.

A so called expert from AquaGuard inspected my basement and determined that the flooring was leaking and they needed to jack-up the floor and put in a sump pump. When the crew arrived, they took down a stud wall (one wall of a basement office) and they found a sewer pipe going through the concrete wall and the hole was falling apart to a point that water and dirt was coming in. This was the actual cause of my leak. Crew put a little packing in the hole but still continued to jack up my basement floor. Fixing the hole would have cost me $100 but they charged me $5000 for the work on the floor even thou that wasn't the cause. I called the Sales Manager and explained what I found and he told me I didn't know what I was talking about. Having both an EE and ME degree, I'm sure I have the intelligence to determine when I've been taken for a ride.

Ever since I had them jack up floor joists in my house, every time it rains I get water in my basement. In 20 years of owning this house, I have never had water in basement. Water is coming over wall at exact point were the joists were jacked. Have contacted them and they are very dismissive and do not accept responsibility.

We hired AquaGuard to fix a leak in our basement. While other vendors wanted to charge for waterproofing our entire basement, AquaGuard crafted several solutions and provided lots of information that allowed us to do a marginal benefit analysis and pick the solution that best fit our needs and budget (without some of the heavy handed sales pressure other vendors tried).

Job had several unanticipated hurdles to overcome but crew continued to use every means possible until job was completed.

AquaGuard is a great company. They fixed my cracked foundation and directed me on how to prevent the water that was seeping through. They did what I wanted and didn't try to upsell me like others do. I had to wait weeks for an available appointment, but it was worth it. I highly recommend them.

Aqua Guard is by far above the rest when it comes to repairing foundation, crawl space issues. They are very professional, organized, courteous. Well worth every dollar spent on their service!

I had two companies come out and give estimates. Curtis with Aqua Guard was very knowledgeable, and patient in answering my questions. Ultimately I decided to go with AquaGuard based on reputation and customer service.

Aqua Guard came out today and honestly, I did not believe they would be able to level the 2 large heavy cement walkway blocks in our front yard but they did! It is all nice and level now! Thank you for a job very well done!!!

Our concrete driveway was sinking, cracking - going south. AcquaGuard lifted and stabilized/repaired the entire project and now it 's good as new. Looks great and the price was right. Thanks for an outstanding job.

The pros who turned up were very impressive, worked hard all day to get the job done and cleaned up after themselves. They answered all my queries and I felt very confident in their expertise. Only dinged them a half star because the final piece of the job required a part which was supposed to be installed later that week, but nobody showed up till I called support to remind them. Customer support is great.

Results may vary, but I was amazed at the results they achieved at my property. Very Happy!
