Let's start from the beginning. The sales call was quick and easy; next, we had to schedule the job. We were told, "someone had to be home for the service call." I took a half-day off from work. I had to find a substitute for my class, make lesson plans, and prep the plans for the teacher. We had to wait over a month to make this appointment work. Day of installation; the installers came early, did the job, and left before my half-day began. I lost 4 hours of paid time off for nothing, along with all the prep work to make this happen. The installer called saying the salesperson will make an appointment to review the work. No one called. The job is OK. We are not happy with a few of the areas. The color is not close to what we were promised, making the areas more noticeable. The bill arrives, again we never heard from our salesperson, we had to reach out to him. We asked him to come by and look at the job with us. #1 Post work appointment- he never shows up. We call him; after waiting an hour, he does not answer his phone. The next day he said he had car problems and reschedules. #2 Post work appointment- He never shows up again. He calls later the next week, giving the excuse of so busy and overbooked. #3 Post work appointment- NO SHOW AGAIN!! Each of these appointments is a loss time at work for one of us, rushing home, traffic anxiety to be home for the appointment, to be stood up by a salesperson three times. We are not happy with the transaction, and being stood up three times is horrible customer service. An employee represents the company- We have lost time at work- which is money and how we look to our employer- For these reasons- we are not happy with the service and Aquaguard.

Conner and Cody with AquaGuard Foundation Solutions were the very best crew! They put in 4 Piers and Did some Poly work to raise my back patio and front stoop. They worked so very hard, were on time and were very helpful - even going so far as to help save a flowering gardenia that was square in the way of the Piers. And they were so very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them!

Starting with the Rep. that came out Chris Hall. He was very professional and informative. He explained everything and what had to be done. Now as for the crew, Michael Anthony, Jawan and Greg were very nice, professional and hard workers. Michael kept me informed on everything that was happening and the reason for it. Answered my questions and any of my concerns. They got my foundation raised and supported and had to deal with a pipe that was in the way on a couple of record breaking hot weather days for Georgia in Oct. and never slowed down a bit. I trusted those guys and would highly recommend them to anybody. They also left the area picked up and very clean. Can't say enough good about this company and their employees.

They were prompt and very professional. They also immediately took care of a discrepancy in one area that Was actually what I called for and thought was supposed to be done. They explained the process and even showed us what we could do to improve the way the driveway looked by fixing the cracks. I was hoping the walkway would be more level and smooth but expect we can take it from here. Would recommend them but would suggest you get a better understand than I did of what they are able to do.

Work crew showed up on time both days. Introduced themselves and got right to work. Attention to finish detail was superb. Cleanup was like they had never been there. If you have concrete issues, this is the company to call.

I interviewed several contractors for the foundation issue. Aqua guard was informative and provided me with a competitive quote. I could not believe how they completed the job and left my home spotless of debris. Yes, they are the best and can afford to be competitive and the best at what they do.

Everything went smoothly from the initial inspection with John through the install of the foundation support and jacks with Will, Brian and Steven. Everything was top notch and the quality of the materials is far superior. Even has some other contractors that were impressed with their work. They were professional, cleaned up everything, friendly and answered all my questions. Was able to get a successful raising of the house and I know it’s going to last now. Never was upsold on anything and have recommendations and things to watch for for future issues potential. Would recommend them to anyone needing support or foundation work done. Only problem was the wait to get them, but it was worth it!

Working with them was an exceptional experience. Phil came out to my home and was knowledgeable about everything going on in the basement. In addition, he was detailed oriented about everything he was quoting and left no question I had unanswered. The quote was reasonable. I will say this though. It was not the cheapest, but I was not looking for the cheapest. I was looking for quality work. That is exactly what was delivered. After hiring them, the crew came out on time and was efficient and professional. I was not left unhappy with the work and Phil has continued to answer any questions I have had post install. Great team to work with for any foundation needs.

Work is scheduled. Sale Rep. Jeremiah Claybrooks is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, accessible and communicates to all questions in a timely manner.

The work was contracted in October, but they can't get around to fixing my basement until early January. This disappoints me highly.

The guy that they sent out was an experienced contractor. He determined that we didn't have an active leak.
