I used Abby for 5 years and dropped them because they could not handle the weed problem. They came several times but never achieved the results expected.

Called 3 times and left email request from website. No contact for approximately 2 1/2 weeks. Competitor came out immediately and we contracted for service.

The Abby Group is excellent. Their responsiveness is excellent and price is good. I would rate them A plus. The staff’s demeanor is excellent.

Called Aabby in march and a representative quoted me a price for an 8 week plan for my size yard. Someone came out the next week and treated my lawn. I paid the bill (in a timely fashion), have not seen them since.

The experience went well. They made the appointment for the work to be done and were on time. The work was finished quickly and professionally.

Punctuality is key with me, and Jason and Chris were always one step ahead of me. The project was complete within a week to my satisfaction. When there appeared to be an apparent leak in my water system (not related to the irrigation system), Jason and Chris would go no further with that portion of the project until the source of the leakage was located. My lawn looks wonderful!

They are very prompt, and they do very good quality work. They are very reliable.

They were very professional but their pricing was way above average.

I have a steep sloping front yard that was difficult to grow Bermuda grass so I wanted to put in a large island of drought resistant ground cover and small shrubs. Josh Wallace of Aabby was great to work with. He came out in a timely manner after only 1 call and discussed many options with me. Due to cost I opted not to put in a retaining wall and just use plants and some large rocks. Josh suggested a variety of plants that I was able to research online and choose from. They came out, dug up all the grass, put down a weed barrier, planted and placed after we discussed and put down pine straw. I have been very pleased with the look and my neighbors have been complimentary also. Awesome service and a 1 year warranty on all plants. Would definitely use again. Most other landscapers either didn't return my call or never showed for appt. Seems they all only want to do yard care and/or maintenance.

It was a great experience. For what they did and for what things cost, they were very reasonable. We even had a slight problem and they came back and corrected it for no charge and it wasn’t even their fault.

In the first event in June, we called around to check pricing and availability of someone to come out on very short notice to correct the problem so we could leave our sprinkler system on while we were out of town. When we called, the office person I spoke with contacted their manager, he called to enquire about the problem and he someone out the next day who quickly resolved the problem by replacing the defective valve. In the second case in July, our sprinkler system was causing the house plumbing to make loud vibrating sounds inside which was quite noticeable and very annoying. We called and they came out within a few days, even though we were out of town at the time, and made the repairs without us being there to even turn the system on in the normal manner. Their repairman called us in advance and then again once he arrived to make sure he understood the problem and to help ensure he took care of the problem. When we returned, the problem (defective solonoid?) had been rresolved and the system is working correctly (and quietly) again. We were quite pleased in both cases with both their good service and reasonable prices.

Everything went very well, faster than we had anticipated. We had an inside plumbing emergency and the plumbing company had to dig a 75 foot trench in our front lawn, removing grass, bushes and disconnecting some of the sprinkler line. We called A Abby, two other companys and our sprinkler man. A Abby's came out the day before their scheduled appt to see what needed to be done. They were doing another big job in our neighborhood and had left over sod, when we were able to get at a reduced rate. Plus they were able to fix our broken sprinkler heads and reconnect the line, saving us the trouble of calling in our sprinkler man. Everyone did a great job, ontime and came back an additional day with equipment that they didn't have the first day.

We pay them monthly. I would recommend them for their work but I would caution that they are not inexpensive; you get what you pay for. I could get someone a lot cheaper but I don't know about the quality of work.

I had a drainage problem around my small barn and they had taken care of it. I haven’t tested it yet to see if it’s fixed because we haven’t had any rains lately. They worked very quickly and very neatly. They also cleaned up after themselves. They did a very neat job and didn’t ask for any payment until I was satisfied with the work. They were very reasonably priced. They had to bring some big equipment to dig a big trench. They also had to dig a small horse pond and they brought the level up with some added clay and helped alleviate the problem. They were very responsive too. They were here before 9 o’ clock last morning when it was pretty cold. I didn’t expect them to come on such a cold day, but they did. They told me it would take about six hours to finish the job, and it took them that long. They ran into a few problems too but they took care of it.

They are very reliable and they do a good job in terms of taking care of the shrubs and edging. At one point the gentleman who was mowing the lawn damaged a sprinkler head and they sent their sprinkler service right out to fix it. I pay them on a monthly basis. They area little bit more expensive, but they only raised their prices when gas went up.

On one occasion a technician was late and in a rather grouchy mood, complaining. He is no longer with the company. They will call me ahead of time to schedule visits and to this date, I have never seen a break out of bugs. There is no need for a contract with this company and I have used them for two years.

They provide the best service I have ever had. Their work is fabulous and their staff is wonderful. Even though their price is higher than usual, it is reasonably fair for what they offer. They will do it all for you.

Jim is an affable individual who is quite garrulous. He is very prompt to his scheduled appointments. He is also attentive to pets and will remove any pet-related objects (bowls, toys, etc.) before applying any chemicals. The company is located in Tyrone but regularly works in Atlanta.
