Never responded to several of my attemps to contact him. On my last attempt ( by phone and email ) I stated that I am a member of Angies List and would report the lack of service. For this reason I wonder if Angies List has clout in Savannah, GA.

Our pump failed the afternoon of July 4, 2010. I hooked a line to our excellent neighbor's water to hold us over until after the holiday. I called Aqua-Well mid-morning of July 5. Danny had a previous call to attend to, but he said he could be at our house between 3:30 and 4:00pm. At 4:00pm, he drove into our driveway. He was polite, efficient and knowledgeable, with an excellent attitude. He fixed the problem and was gone by 5:00pm. He even left his cell phone number in case I needed it in an emergency and couldn't reach the office. I will use this company again if (when) I have another well problem. The price was, in my opinion, very fair and less than what I expected. FYI: Aqua-Well doesn't drill deep wells, but they repair them. That's what I needed and that's what they did. They specialize in shallow well drilling.
