 + -1 moreI was very pleased with their services. In particular, I was happy with how responsive they were, as it is very inconvenient to be without heat or hot water. All of the employees are polite and respectful.
Description of Work: Booma Oil is my regular oil supplier. I have an ancient oil burner which has twice (about a year apart) unexpectedly stopped working. Both times this has occurred, they were extremely prompt in sending out a repair person to fix the burner. On both occasions, the burner required a cleaning and some minor parts. Following this servicing, the burner has worked well for a long period of time, given it's age.

 + -1 moreThey told me when the new tank breaks down, they'll take out the old tank too. I am also dissatisfied with their maintenance and pricing, so I am changing providers.
Description of Work: They did a job and did not complete it. When I asked them to take the propane tank out of the cellar, they left it.
