Sundry was great. Randolph, the sales consultant was very help and honest regarding options and impact. The installers were prompt, courteous, and professional. The job was done well.

They did a great job. First off, with this weather we had trouble even getting a company to come out to give an estimate on a tight timeline. They came out for an estimate 4 days after I called... they initially were 2+ weeks out, and I pleaded to them about this putting our entire renovations on hold and they squeezed us in to do an estimate. And then after we got the estimate, they did the work within one week because I again pleaded about my timeline. THey were just super accommodating to a need on our end to get this done quickly. THey did great work and the crew they sent onsite was very nice, cleaned up nicely, and explained the whole process very clearly. Very happy with their work.

The experience was great. We were very pleased. They seemed very professional. They were prompt. They were honest with their evaluation. They didn't pressure us into going with them over another company. We felt they were very forthcoming in their solution and it seemed to make logical sense to us. Their price was extremely competitive in comparison to the other companies. They had to cancel the first time because someone called in sick so they had to reschedule.

Randolph arrived at the scheduled time to determine the source of my basement leak. He then provided me with options and he explained the entire process. We agreed on the scope of the work and the appointment date. The crew arrived on the scheduled date and completed all the work in a timely manner. I was also given a lifetime warranty on their pro-flow system. After three days of heavy rain, I am pleased to say there are no water leaks in my basement. The crew was great! Anthony ("Tony") Lee was the forman, and he had 6 crewmen with him. They arrived on time, they hit it hard and never let up the entire day. They left the place spotless. Everything was done exactly as I discussed with the pricer a few weeks before. I could not have had a better experience, these guys were outstanding! I would absolutely use them again, and I will definitely refer them to my friends and family.

Very well. They arrived on time, were professional and finished the job in one day. They installed a drain line in my lush green lawn and the grass looks like it had not been disturbed. The price was half what other companies estimated for the same procedure. I would definitely use them again.

5/15, I reached out to Sundry as our company had used them in the past. They said they would be able to perform the bidding request & did work in the area, I had inquired about and to send him over the address. 5/17 Followed up with them again via email & a phone call & was told they got the adress & they were scheduling it for the next week. 5/21 I called, and was told the visit was being scheduled for the 23rd. After the 23rd, NO response, NO bid, NOTHING - we gave up & have moved our business to another company. We were happy with the service they completed years ago for us on another property BUT I am totally horrified as a REPEAT customer we were completely IGNORED

He was an hour late for our appointment.

The Pro Flow System is very effective. I have not had anymore water come into the basement.

After I showed the representative where the water was coming from, a spot clearly visible, and the other area I was concerned with, he went completely off track and began to identify everything that the original waterproofers had done wrong. Being told that the system has been working perfectly for several years did not matter. He criticized their entire system, called some of their decisions "stupid" - including one detail they hadn't even had anything to do with - and did not really ever come back to the original issue. He walked around the house and noted some areas where we could extend our downspouts (which was accurate and we already knew about). His recommendation was to completely replace the entire waterproofing system and extend it further back along the wall, where we hadn't actually even had a problem. We had a number of estimates and recommendations done, and this was by far the most extreme, and the only one that criticized the original system. Several others even pointed out that the system was well done and properly working for an interior system. He seemed more interested with his plan of slamming the other company than in answering the original issue. If any of the other people had suggested that this was a problem, then maybe we would have had doubts, but this ran counter to our own experience as well as multiple other professionals. The terms he used in referring to the other people were unprofessional, even if he did disagree with them honestly.

It was a great experience! The company sent a specialist out to review our problem and provided us with a solution that fixed not only the leak but the mold problem in the rest of our basement. For the amount of work done their quote was very competitive with the other bids we received that would have fixed just the one leaking area. They worked around our schedule to do the work. The crew was on time, professional, and did a great job. They were finished with the entire project in two days and we are very satisfied with the results! The leak is 100% fixed, and with a lifetime guarantee I can be assured that it will stay that way! Thank you Sundry!

EVERYTHING WENT FINE - NO COMPLAINTS

We had water leaking into our basement so we called Sundry. Sundry determined the water was coming through our house’s exterior wall when it rained and wicking up to the foundation wood board. Sundry dug a trench and installed a pipe to divert rain water from the wall. To our surprise, the very next day there was water in the same area. We realized that they didn’t identify the cause of the leak, which should be the most basic first step to any job for a waterproofing company. Further inspection showed that the leak was coming from the air conditioner. We called an air conditioner company who promptly and effectively fixed the leak. We felt that Sundry misdiagnosed the problem and it cost us over $1600. We contacted them and requested a partial refund. After about 10 days, and several phone calls where they denied that they made a mistake and insisted they did good work, Sundry eventually sent someone to take a look. Other than cutting us off and talking over us, all he did was to say how good his work was. WE NEVER SAID THEY DID BAD WORK, WE SAID THE WORK WAS NOT NECESSARY!!! He refused to admit, or even discuss, that the air conditioner was the source of the problem (which at this point was undisputable, there was a fresh water stain by the air conditioner which he refused to acknowledge). Essentially they accused us of lying. Feeling extremely frustrated, we asked him to leave, at which point he offered us two options: they could rip out the drain they had installed and give us our money back, or they could do additional unrelated work on our crawlspace for a discount. While our house’s crawlspace does have a water issue that we plan to address at some point, it is on the opposite side of the house and completely unrelated to our basement leak (the area for which we originally contacted Sundry to fix). I no longer wanted to do business with them, and I certainly didn’t trust the company calling me dishonest to start ripping up the foundation of my house either to take their original work out or to do additional work. If they would admit that they misdiagnosed the problem and had us spend unnecessary money, we would have happily accepted a modest partial refund. There was a distinct lack of integrity in this transaction and we will not be using Sundry again.

It hasn't rained much yet but so far no problems. Very satisfied.

Sundry did a complete waterproofing inside and out. We have had some decent rains since and we are dry! My only complaint is that they left the basement very dirty, with both concrete dust as well as muddy footprints on the floor and mat. They also removed a small brick patio where we had a concealed garbage can outside - and we're not sure whether they hauled the bricks away or just threw them back in the pit where they dug, because it's just dirt now. Again, satisfied with a dry basement, but after reading the other reviews, sounds like they did a better job cleaning up than they did for us.

Randy, the estimator, arrived promptly and did a very good job diagnosing our problem, and suggesting a remedy. When the day of the job arrived, the crew, arrived promptly and worked diligently to complete the job. Mario, was an exceptional "crew chief", and saw that the completed job was very well done. We have had no significant rain yet, but feel confident it will drain properly and solve our problem.

I was pleased with the estimate and the way that it went. Their prices are the most reasonable.

Final result was excellent. Problem with dampness and mildew was eliminated and water buildup was relieved as desired. Company removed all debris and left the area very clean.

I compared thier services with other similar companies and made an appointment. The representative was on time and reccommended only the services needed to correct the problem, which was dampness in my crawlspace. What he proposed made sense and the price was within my budget. The work was performed in a day and the supervisor accompanied a walk around to be sure everthing was satisfactory.

Everything went well. We haven't had a big rain yet, so I don't know for sure, but it seems like a job well done.

They were timely ,cleaned up after themselves.I has a small issue after their visit .they came back immediately and corrected the unexpected problem.

I paid them around $2200 for their service. They provided an innovative waterproofing technique for waterproofing my basement. They removed the lower portion of drywall and installed a gutter system just inside the base wall of the house. They also replaced the drywall for an extra fee. They didn't address the cause of the leak, instead they just cured it. The work went on smoothly. They showed up on time and did the work quicker than they had advertised. I will use them again in the future.
