Description of Work: We had just purchased our home in late July of 2012, and our basement flooded the 1st two times that it rained. We had a good bit of standing water in the basement. Sundry had been highly recommended to us through a good friend who had used them. They sent one of their experts out who was extremely knowledgeable & found the source of entry and developed a solution. For the basement exterior walls that were above ground, Sundry installed a french drain (85 feet) all the way around two of the exterior walls. For the exterior basement walls that were below ground and also showed signs of water entry, they installed an interior french drain. This was accomplishd by drilling several inches below the concrete slab and installing an "inside" french drain that they call their "pro-flow" system. Sundry gives a life time warranty on this pro-flow system and 8 years on the outside french drain system... guaranteeing that during this time, you will not get water in your basement. Their warranty speaks a thousand words as to how confident they are about their work. We were impressed with their lead technical foreman, Mario as well as Curt, who runs the business and Randy who originally inspected our basement and came up with the solution. Also, their prices are very low compared to what other contractors were charging & they were the only ones we found that guaranteed that we would have no more water issues after their "fix" was implemented. We highly recommend Sundry.

Description of Work: Fix my basement so that when it rains my basement doesn’t flood. They installed a drainage system so that the water will have a way to flow instead of staying in the basement and damaging my property and cause mold. They also did my entire roof in November.

Description of Work: This company just recently came to my 1500 square foot home. I wanted to get an estimate ($225) on having them install a French drain in my basement. They said they would charge me per foot. They said I would need a five foot piece that would cost $30-$60 a foot in that slab area of my basement.

Description of Work: We were concerned about whether we needed waterproofing for our crawlspace. Curtis inspected the space, using a flashlight at the entrance. He then prescribed a system of waterproofing, using pictures and diagrams to emphasize a moisture problem he said needed to be addressed.

Description of Work: Two cracks in an interior poured concrete basement wall were allowing water to flow into the basement. Mario sealed the cracks, covered the cracked areas with Britewall material, like a plastic cover that will drain any future water leaks (assuming that the seal fails) into a "pro flow" system that he installed under the concrete floor. This system drains any water to the outside. The length of the cracks were four feet and ten feet.
