Description of Work: Called and asked if they did concrete retaining walls as well as driveways. The woman on the phone said they did so we set up an appointment to have someone come out to give me an estimate on the wall and a small driveway. When Mr. Sudlow came out he acted as if it was crazy to ask him about a retaining wall and that I should contact a landscaping company. Then we went to look at the driveway project. He was totally disinterested as I live in the city of Atlanta. He said we would not be allowed to pave where we wanted to and I told him that we had been informed that we could. I asked him how much would it be if we could do it. He said $7,000 for an area about 300sf. I told him that I felt that was outrageous and he clearly just didn't want to do the work. It would've been ok if he had just said he didn't want to do the work but it felt dismissive and frankly insulting...don't waste your time with this company.

Description of Work: Excellent, professional work. This was a driveway repair due to a plumbing project and the repair was first rate! Highly recommend Sudlow.

Description of Work: We had our driveway and sidewalk replaced, and a new patio poured. The actual concrete was poured very well. However, the owner was sick at home the days the work was done, and our yard was left in a mess.

Description of Work: I asked for a quote snd he said to text him with address. I did that and after following up 3 times to see if he could provide a quote, and getting no response, I have moved on.

Description of Work: I emailed and called twice to try and get an estimate and could not get a returned call. |I was trying Sudlow because of the Angies list ratings but I will not do business with someone that cannot return a phone call after I have tried to contact them three times. |NOT professional!

Description of Work: Replaced 25year old driveway. Did quality job - made sure rebar was properly positioned in concrete (unusual for most residential concrete contractors). |Only negative was cleanup of street - left me a mess, although my yard was immaculate.

Description of Work: Driveway extension/parking pad. Once the company returned my many calls, text, emails and put us on the schedule all went well. Owner was having health issues and was not returning messages. Suggestion ask someone to return your calls.

Description of Work: Asked for an estimate on April 22nd, set an appointment for May1st in the pm. To this day have not heard from them, no call back, absolutely nothing. Wont be contacting them or refer them.

Description of Work: Failed to follow up. Owner returned one call at the end of last year and promised to follow up after the new year. He never did. I tried him again and never received the courtesy of a return call. Very unprofessional. Perhaps he is too busy to return the call, but that suggests that he may be too busy to do a job or that you may wait to get your job completed.
