Bill and his team did a great job from beginning to end. They were on time and performed the requested driveway enlargement as promised. The team worked hard to make up for delayed concrete delivery and still completed the work as scheduled. I gladly recommend this service provider.

Mr. Sudlow project manager came out for a estimate. I did have to call a few times. The project manager gave me a 3,000 less quote. Mr. Sudlow came out again because I want him to see additonal work I wanted done. He said his project manager was new. I asked Mr. Sudlow if he was aware of what his project manager talked to me about my driveway. He responded barely, yet had the estimate in his phone. He was rude and unprofessional. He said he would talk to his project manager and get back with me the next day. He NEVER called. I contacted him and asked for a quote and he said it would be $7,000. If I did a partial I was at risk with the last panel cracking. I asked what that would cost if that occurred. He replied in a rude tone. "I don't know I didn't memorize the entire driveway. Is that professional?? He might be a great guy for some people, but I had a terrible experience and WOULD never recommend him.

My driveway had many cracks. I called Bill Sudlow and he immediately sent out his business manager. I was given a quote that I thought was reasonable. We came up with a time he could replace my driveway. His crew came out and removed the old concreter and poured the driveway. Everything was done in one day. The end result looks great!

I read some other reviews. Agree with all the good work stuff. Just want to add that Bill's a really nice guy. Reminds me of my brother but with better business skills. This is a company to feel good about hiring.

Based on AngieList's recommendation I called Sudlow concrete on October 9th. The gentleman I spoke to asked about the work to be performed and inquired where I was located. When I informed him I lived in Atlanta he told me it was difficult to get permits in the city of Atlanta which sounded to me as if he wasn't interested in the work. I found this response premature as he has not even been to the property. He requested that I text him my name address phone number and the work to be performed. I did so immediately. I have never heard from him nor the company since. I signed on with Angieslist because I thought they would offer the best companies to deal with. Somewhat disappointed. Obviously they do not want my business. I would not recommend them.

Sudlow Concrete did a fantastic job - they arrived when promised, treated our property as if it were there own, were extremely conscientious about not disturbing parts of the property that were not included in the replacement,and finished the job exactly when promised. The owner of the company supervised the job personally and was always available when we had questions. Pricing was extremely fair and the finished product looks terrific.

I think the price was fair compared to the other estimates I received. Bill Sudlow, the owner, was very well organized and easy to work with. During this week we also had a lot of rain. Bill was very patient in working around this weather and really made things happen when the weather was finally right. I highly recommend Bill and his company to others.

I told Bill on the phone about my driveway's problems: it is long and wide, a circular drive that tilts downhill toward my home. Also it is pretty old. Its condition was doubtful to me, but Bill didn't think it was bad. It's O.K, says he. So he talked himself out of a big job... to my benefit, not his. He advised me just to have the drive power washed, and live with it as it is. His response was both prompt and punctual: he and his helper came out the day after I called. They were pleasant and professional. I felt very comfortable with them and with their expertise. When I do need some concrete work I will be very happy to call Sudlow. Not only are the rec's great for his company's work, but he is an honest man!

Came promptly, as promised in the morning. Stayed all day to finish the job. It was good for us to be there and watch and supervise, though, to make sure we ended up with the design we had requested. But they adjusted layout on our input without complaint. Ended up as a great job!

Bill had some initial startup issues with his equipment but he got the work done as he said and I was very pleased with his attention to the detail and managing the overall installation. Sudlow's crew did a excellent job. They are very professional and hard working. They were neat and took care to not damage nearby landscaping. We are very pleased with the finished product. Communications from the owner was disappointing. When we signed the agreement we were told that it would be about 4 to 6 weeks before the work could be done. As the date drew close, we had to call Sudlow to get information on when the work would be done. We were told that they "might" be on the job the following Tuesday but that we would be given a phone call to confirm. The crew did show up on Tuesday but we never received a call to confirm. Fortunately we were home and things worked out OK. However, a phone call as promised would have been appreciated.

Sudlow Concrete did a great job on our driveway. We had to wait nearly 6 weeks from the promised 2-3 weeks due to inclement weather. Once he started, it took 2 days to complete the job. It would have been sooner due to a herd rainstorm that began shortly after he dug up the old driveway. The next day his crew showed up at 6:45 a.m.to complete the job and he was done by noon. So actually, it took Sudlow less than 2 days to complete the work. Bill Sudlow is very easy to contact (compared to many contractors) if you have concerns. He had an answer for all of them! Besides giving the best price, he also does a solid job and stays on site until the work is completed!

Before contacting Bill I did a lot of research on concrete vendors in the area. Bill consistently came on top of the various reviews. From the first time I spoke with Bill on the phone I could tell he was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Bill came over to the house and scoped out the new driveway, gave us a very fair quote and then explained what we could expect. Without any hesitation we signed the paperwork. The driveway project took 2 days. Day 1 the old concrete driveway was removed and the driveway was prepped for the pouring of the concrete. Day 2 the concrete was poured and the driveway finished. Bill was at the site both days supervising the work. Bill's team was a pleasure to work with. They were very experienced and the work was very meticulous. Bill came over 10 days later to make sure the driveway had no problems and was curing properly. In the end I found Bill to be professional, very competent, has integrity and truly cares about the satisfaction of his customers. I am happy to recommend Bill without hesitation. Update Fall of 2015 I am experiencing a deep crack in a section of the driveway near the garage door. It took a couple of phone calls to get Bill and another associate from the concrete company to come out. He said to keep him posted. Will post an update on the resolution of the crack. Expecting to replace the cracked section with new concrete. Will post another update in the spring.

This job couldn't have been better. Mr. Sudlow said he would arrive a 7:00 am and he and his crew were there at 7:00 am. The crew of 7 went to work immediately and did not stop until the job was done. All of the workers were very skilled in concrete work and the driveway and walkways look great. They cleaned up everything before leaving.

Bill answered my first call and quickly scheduled a meeting based on my availability (not his), during which he explained the Sudlow Concrete process, benefits and the company's history, strengths and values, including their commitment to each customer. Then Bill wrote an estimate for the work and we scheduled the start time. The work was started and completed exactly as promised, but even better the team was professional, friendly and clearly expert at what they do. Bill was onsite from start to finish, and the job site was kept meticulous (yes, even for concrete). The landscape was protected and even the street was washed down. The new driveway is beautiful. And it has a 5 year guarantee. I definitely recommend Sudlow Concrete.

They guys showed up when they said they would, did the work they said they would and left the area clean and in great condition before they left. They were easy to talk with prior to the job and were good at communicating with myself and my employees regarding what to expect during the process.

We obtained three estimates. One was significantly higher than Sudlow's, the other was about the same price, but for a lower grade of concrete. We needed the work done in a specific time frame, and with some effort, Bill Sudlow was able to fit us in as requested. His crew showed up promptly on the scheduled day; a half hour early in fact. Mr. Sudlow arrive with the Bobcat at the scheduled time of 8:00 AM, and remained throughout the day to supervise the project. His crew worked quickly but carefully, and made every effort not to damage anything in the surrounding area. Over lunchtime he drove me over to Home Depot to pick up the rebar, since that was an unplanned mod. The scheduling of the cement truck and the haul-away of the trash bins was perfect. His men were true artists with the finishing of the new concrete, and the new driveway looks amazing. The work was completed in one day. Mr. Sudlow was not satisfied with the cleanup of the road in front of the driveway, but wanted to avoid flooding the new concrete. He sent one of his men back the next day to finish washing away the dirt left in the street by the construction vehicles. I would not hesitate to enlist Sudlow Concrete's services in the future, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The permit took a long time but as soon as it was approved we were able to get the new driveway install scheduled. It was amazing how fast the whole job was - we had the old driveway taken out and new one poured over two days and it was totally cleaned up the second day as well. Our house looks so much better now.

I recently had a lot of concrete work done at my Roswell home by Sudlow Concrete of Atlanta. The main part of the job was replacement of an aging, crumbling driveway. I also had the old sidewalk removed with anew one that would approach the entrance to my porch from a different direction. This change included the pouring of a new concrete step. They also removed an old hedge and large roots from a tree that had been removed last year. While waiting for my turn on their busy schedule, I decided to add to the project. This house didn?t even have so much as a concrete pad at the backdoor when I bought it. Although I had originally planned to add a deck, I decided to speak to Bill of Sudlow Concrete about adding a patio, and a second walkway along the side of the house from the patio to the driveway. All of this work is now completed, a couple of weeks earlier than I expected. Here are the most important things I can say about this experience: Everyone associated with the company was professional, polite, and very pleasant to work with. The employees who actually did the work were very conscientious and seemed to really care how everything was going to look when it was done. When I compared what I paid for this amount of work to the experiences of other people I know who?ve had recent concrete work done, I felt I got a great price. I honestly didn?t think I?d get so much for what I had to spend on this project. Everything looks great! I am so happy with the huge difference this has made in the appearance and livability of my home. I especially love the fact that my patio will not have to be re-stained every few years like a deck and, according to Bill, will last forty years! Hurray! Super happy and would highly recommend this company!
