I decided to wait until we took Bryce to court to have a third party rule before writing this review. Although South-East painting was overly confident, the judge ruled in our favor. What took another company 2.5 days to complete, South-East painting could NOT complete in 45 days eventhough they were pre-paid. I imagine he will try to respond with supply shortages or employees with Covid, but the truth is he took our money and COULD NOT meet the deadline. The judge ruled accordingly. Now, an honest business man would pay restitution, but we haven't heard ANYTHING from Bryce about settling up this debt owed to us. I will remove this poor review when he pays us the money he owes us. So, Bryce...the ball is in your court. Time to fine tune that moral compass a bit. You have essentially stolen money from someone who just received a heart transplant with three kids dude....so low. There is nothing you can write to justify your actions. Be a better person. The energy you are putting out into this world is negatively affecting others.

It went great! Bryce was accommodating, responsive and easy to work with. Final results were terrific!

After rebuilding my front porch in 2018, I needed some one with the right tools to paint the columns, spindles and hand rails; along with staining the deck boards. I contacted Bryce at South-East Painting. He promptly returned my phone call and we set up a time to meet and he could provide me with and estimate. To my fault, life happened and we never got the project schedule in 2018. I called Bryce back in 2019. He came out to review the project again and provided me with a revised estimate. We scheduled the project up. His team did an awesome job. The pressure washed the entire house and scrapped the wood trim. The caulked all of the new woodwork on the front porch. They paid special attention to the front porch. Bryce made a great recommendation on the stain for the deck boards and painted the stair raisers and porch supports and front rim joist. The contrasting deck boards and white risers and joist pop. They absolutely killed it and I'd definitely hire them again!

The crew did a good job. I enjoyed working with Bryce & Blake. The needed touchups got done at the end which is important to a quality & good job. They were responsive to the needs & details. They also provided a price that included the purchase of the paint which takes less work off the owner/person that hires. Hope to return to their work again soon.

He and his team got to work right away from the point of acquiring his services and finished my house in the span of 2 days. Fabulous! This was a big job with lots of trim, ceilings and wood priming. Bryce and his team did great work in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely use them again!
