+ -1 moreThe job went very well. The workers were very friendly. They replaced a bunch of old single pane windows in the back of my house. It was a two day job; they came in the morning the first day, they worked all day and came back for a little bit on the second day to do some finishing work.

+ -1 moreI am amazed at the change in the look and feel of my home. We did it w/o the grids, and we have lots of windows. The view is so different and open. The windows look amazing from the street and several neighbors commented on the windows. The team doing the installation were friendly and very helpful. I like what they did so much that I plan to have them back in April to do the basement windows. I would highly recommend them. There is no high pressure sells, and with their reasonable pricing and quality of the windows, there is no need. It was a simple decision since they saved us thousands over other estimates.
Description of Work: They replaced 36 windows and wrapped the windows in a vinyl coated alum.

+ -1 moreConnor came to give us our quote and did a fantastic job. He was straight forward and honest with us. There was zero sales pressure and I cant tell you how much i appreciate that. We had previously met with a different company for a quote and it was a like going to to used car lot. Conner came and measured all our windows and showed me our options. It took about an hour and he left us with a lot of information to help make our decision. A couple days later we decided to go with Quinn windows and we could not be happier. The job took 2 days. They were extremely clean and professional and our windows look beautiful. I cant think of one thing I wish they did differently. I think the whole process from start to finish was less than a month.

+ -1 moreFrom the beginning to the end of the project, Quinn Windows has been a very easy vendor to deal with. Mr. Quinn explained the windows features and benefits to me very well. His price was the best of the four I got, even for the same windows. I chose Quinn mainly because of their impeccable online reputation. They have that perfect reputation for a good reason. They provide great quality and service for a fair price. The installer, Mike, is a true pro. He gave so much attention to detail. Even the caulking is perfect. Check whout the pix to see what a huge difference there is in the appearance of my home, not to mention how nice and quiet it is inside.
Description of Work: Installed 14 vinyl replacement windows and custom trim. Also replaced wood on two sills.

+ -1 moreI purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for 10 triple-pane windows. Later, when Conor Quinn came to my house to size up the job and I asked him about pricing he said that in this part of the country triple-pane was overkill, double-pane is all we need. So he offered me a better deal on double-pane, adding one more window and refunding $298 of what I had already paid. The job went well. I left the 2-man crew to do its job, starting early, and when I finished at the end of the day I had 11 new windows, all looked good and worked flawlessly, and they had removed the old windows, cleaned up their mess and restored all curtains and blinds except the ones I asked them not to restore. In one case I had ordered new blinds which hadn't arrived yet, so they came out and installed them for me after I did receive them a couple of weeks later.

+ -1 moreCharles gave me an estimate back in May of 2013. I contacted him back in October after getting other estimates. The windows were ordered an installed within 2 and 1/2 weeks. Mike and Tim arrived on time Thursday and worked non stop 9 and 1/2 hours to remove and install 9 windows. They arrived on time the next day and finished the other 7 windows. Working non stop until the project was complete and making sure I was completely satisfied. I would not hesitate in recommending Quinn windows to anyone. I was completely satisfied with their work and the overall experience in dealing with Quinn windows was excellent. The windows look great and the price was good too.

I decided on Quinn after meeting Conor and discussing how the process would work. He was honest, thorough, and followed-up promptly after our initial meeting. The quality of the install was great. The crew was on-time, courteous. and professional. Scheduling was also terrific. I needed to reschedule three times (two due to weather, one to my unavailability) and they were very accommodating. I would definitely use Quinn again and highly recommend them.

+ 0 moreWe were blown away by the price, we thought it would cost more. Our house is 25 years old and was built with wood soffits. The squirrels have chewed through the wood in a couple of places and gotten into the attic. Mike and Tim. of Quinn Windows, replaced our wood work with vinyl and it looks beautiful. We have noticed since they finished that the squirrels don't seem near as interested in our house as they used to be! We were told that it would be a two day job, but if it wasn't so hot they probably could have finished it in one. They came back on the second day and were finished in less than 2 hours. This is the 2nd job Quinn Windows has done for us this summer (the other was replacement of 7 windows). Based on their work on these 2 jobs, we think we are going to be seeing a lot of them!

+ -1 moreWe used two Angies List coupons, each for 3 windows for $999. We also added one additional window for $300.00 (smaller window). Connor Quinn contacted us and set a date to come to our house. He is a pleasure to work with, very nice young man. He measured our windows, gave us prices on future jobs we want to do and told us he would call us in a couple of weeks to set up an installation date. He did call and set up the date for today, July 1. His workmen showed up this morning, installed the 7 windows, cleaned up all the old windows, thanked us for the business,,,I don't think they even stopped for lunch (hopefully they brought it with them). We also discussed some future projects we were planning to do, and they asked if we would like a price on any of those projects. We said yes and by the time they left we had our next project priced, agreed to and ready to go! My kind of folks. Very nice, very professional, the kind of people YOU want working in your house.

I enjoyed the business service so much I hired for another job that I have been holding off on. The second job, measuring, custom-building, and fitting screens for all of the windows in the home was excellent. Again, just a great family-owned business that delivers great service and product. Quinn Windows paid special attention to getting things right and I am very pleased with the outcome. Additionally, the cost was by far the best I had come across.

+ -1 moreCharles Quinn and his son Connor personally run this business. You deal with them directly. I called them on a Friday and told them I purchased the Big Deal they offered on Angie’s list. Charles offered to come out the very next morning (a Saturday which was good for me). Charles measured all of my windows and provided me with a quote on the spot. This quote was significantly cheaper than others I had bids from. Charles ordered the 17 windows and they arrived approximately 6 days later (which he predicted they would). The first day after they arrived, Charles’ installation crew (2 gentlemen) installed all 17 in one day while I was at the office. When I arrived home from work they were just finishing up. They cleaned up after themselves which was nice. The new windows look great and I already feel warmer and the furnace is not kicking on as often. Thanks Charles and Connor! I would absolutely use them again and I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace windows.

+ 1 moreConor Quinn was very responsive in the Bidding Process. He was very flexible in his schedule on visiting our property and taking measurements. He submitted his proposal the very next morning. I felt like he did a very good job of describing the entire construction process and what was to be expected in terms of duration and results of the construction project. During the Construction Process, there were no surprises when it came to the performance of any of the work. They did a very thorough job of cleaning up the site when they completed their work. In my past experiences, this is a point often missed by many contractors. There were no surprises, but whenever I called Conor with any questions or concerns he either answered his phone immediately or returned his missed calls promptly. This is a quality that is lacking in a lot businesses today lacking

It was a flawless, turn key operation. Their price was competitive, their product met our expectations and there were no surprises. We would use them again and have recommended them to several people!
Description of Work: WE LOVE OUR NEW WINDOWS!We had leaking windows in our 40 year old house that we had to replaced. In addition, we had a double window enlarged from 36" high to 53"...and love it! They were professional in every way and considerate of our home. The enlarging of the window was totally professional and it is impossible to tell that it has been changed. We were very nervous about having someone cut out brick on the back of our house! But it looks completely undisturbed! We have enjoyed this larger window in our den above all else! The one thing that impressed us so much was working with the Quinns. We had the feeling we could trust that they would do the job well . They would not take any money until the job was finished. We even did a few of the windows first to get an idea of the quality of their work before continuing with the entire house. This did not upset them at all. It was their attitude that it was our home, our money and they just wanted to please us! In addition, they had all the required insurances...especially workmen's comp which so many companies do not have. A lot of companies say "fully insured" but do not have workmen's comp which is a must because your homeowner's policy does not cover paid workers! We checked Quinn Windows out with the credit bureau as well as checked their references. We loved the results of their work and have found our home cooler and our KW hour usage this year to be lower than last year even though it was a very hot summer. Do make sure you have their insurance company fax or mail a copy of proof of all insurance coverage. Do Not use any company that hands you a copy of proof of insurance coverage because they might just as well have cancelled it. Do call and check referenes yourself.

+ -1 moreThe job went well, the workers worked well as a team and answered any questions I had. The clean up was very good. I was completely satisfied with the job. I have no negatives to report. Mr. Quinn proved to be trust worthy and I would have no problem recommending him to others. I had received estimates form two others, one considerably higher with less work to perform and similar quality of window. The other was similar in price but also doing less and reviews on this company was inconsistent depending on the installer. Quinn uses primarily one installer for larger jobs.
Description of Work: replaced 27 storm windows, 27 windows, 2 circular windows and 1 transom with double hung double pane insulated windows. Replaced all brick moulding around windows with solid PVC and capped sills with finished aluminum.
