We LOVE our new windows! We bought an older house and the windows were old, single pane drafty energy-leakers. All the screens were missing, but that didn't matter too much because most of the windows were painted shut. We wanted to replace them as soon after we closed as possible. We had an appointment with Quinn Windows to measure the windows the day we were supposed to close. But at the last minute, the closing was postponed due to a problem with the title work. The folks at Quinn were very understanding and kept our appointment on the back burner until we finally closed on the house. So, after the closing, they measured the windows. Then we took off for our dream anniversary trip to Europe. The folks at Quinn installed the windows for us while we were gone. When we returned, what a great surprise. The windows look great. They operate great. They really add to the appeal and value of our new home. AND, the money we saved by working with them through Angie's List was a very pleasant surprise, too.

Great! Everyone I came in contact with at Quinn was professional and very nice to work with: From Charles and Connor the owners, to the scheduling and billing staff, to Mike and the guys who did the actual installation. The job was competitively priced and the interval from quote to completion was shorter than anticipated. I would highly recommend them.

Quinn Windows just replaced the 10 original (1985) windows in our condo. The installers were great - took the time to do it right! Very pleased with the entire experience.

when selling our house, we decided to put new windows in. I got 4 bids for the job. I usually throw out the cheapest, but not this time!! The whole process from start to finish was very professional. My concern was choosing a quality sliding door and having the installation go smoothly and be completed in one day. I chose Quinn Windows based on reviews on Angie's list. After contacting the owner and discussing my needs, we had an appointment to further discuss my choices. My options were clearly presented and I was able to research the door manufacturers at my leisure online - there was no pressure at all from Quinn Windows. After deciding on the door I wanted an installation date was scheduled. Early on the morning the door was delivered and then the two Quinn installers arrived at about 10 AM. Installation was smooth and very professional as was the cleanup after the work was completed. The company was a pleasure to do business with.

The Quinn Windows team did an excellent job. They were timely with providing a quote and with the installation. They left the alarm system wires hanging, miss communication on my part, but returned promptly to remove and re-caulk. I would hire then again without hesitation and I am VERY picky about the work being done on my house.

Got a price estimate. Followed up with an email question but did not hear back. Finally called them to set up installation. Installers were great. The orinial measurement was to big so they had to take a lot of time to trim. Also they were short one window and had to come back a few days later for that, Good experience overall.

Could not be more pleased!! I had an absolutely exceptional experience with Quinn Windows. I have been wanting to replace all the windows in my house for quite a while. And now that it is done, I seriously wonder why I waited so long! Working with Quinn was such a pleasure, I should have done this forever ago! I collected quotes from many, many companies. I sat through more sales demos than I really care to remember, in fact. After all that - it was very clear who I was going to choose. Quinn was the stand-out winner by far. First of all, they are family owned and operated - and supporting local businesses is important to me. Second, their product is simply fantastic - just really a solid window. They had great options to choose from and excellent choices that would not stick out like a sore thumb in our neighborhood either! Third, their staff was absolutely fantastic. Whether it was Conor Quinn, the Sales person who came to my home and gave a total NO PRESSURE explanation of what they could do for me (and by no-pressure, I seriously mean no-pressure...it was a joy to talk with him instead of counting down the minutes until he would leave like the other guys!!), or whether it was the installers who were respectful of my home and kind to my dogs when they were putting in the windows - everybody was just the most friendly and pleasant folks to work with. I honestly wish every business was as great as Quinn. I now understand why so many other neighbors recommended Quinn so highly! And you can add me to that long list! If anybody is looking for replacement windows for their home - don't bother looking elsewhere - just call Quinn Windows. They are the only way to go! Two huge very happy thumbs up!!

I am very pleased with the entire process from quote to installation. I wanted someone local to do the work, and I'm extremely happy I chose Quinn.

Quinn is a family run business that has their own crew. The project was smooth from visiting their showroom, having the measuring visit at our home, order and installation. Unlike many window companies, there was no pressure to buy. The crew was on time and completed the project quickly, removed all construction material and cleaned up. We also replaced our french door. The door installation required more carpentry, but the crew knew what to do and completed it to our satisfaction. The windows are of very high quality. We look forward to using them again.

The work was scheduled out about 4 weeks to allow time to make the windows. Quinn arrived at the scheduled time and, over two days, installed all the windows. The windows look great and have reduced the noise that was noticeable from the street compared to the previous windows. We believe that the front windows, which were upgraded to reduce solar gain, will help reduce the air conditioner bills later in the year. All the windows have reduced infiltration of air compared to those that were there, so that will reduce A/C costs too. I have records on electricity costs and it will be interesting to see how this goes.

They were on-time and performed the installation in a workmanlike manner. One casement window was built wrong-handed by the factory, which was not apparent until the box was opened. I had them install it anyway since they had already removed the old window. They ordered a replacement immediately and replaced the incorrect window promptly. I have recommended them to a friend and will do so again.

Day of service, technician Beau arrived as promised, did the work professionally and quietly. We have a decorative window insert that, after the window was replaced, didn't fit; Beau took it upon himself to contact Connor for how to proceed. They agreed to take the insert to a millworks to have it modified to fit the window, all within the estimated scope of work. Three business days later, Beau returned, installed the insert and was on his way in less than 30 minutes. This service could not have gone more smoothly or more easily for us. Connor Quinn is a master at what he does and employs an expert set of contractors to fulfill his work promises. Very highly recommended.

Quinn Windows was great! This was the second time we have used them to install windows (first being our old house). The owner provided the initial estimate and is fantastic to deal with. They we prompt at sending an estimate, including a mock-up of our front door. Quinn kept us informed on the status of our windows as, with all replacement windows, they had to be manufactured to the measurements of our existing windows. Installation done by a team of 2 over two days. Again, very professional and did a great job. We already have used them again, and would in the future!

Quinn Windows was great! We have gotten quotes for years to upgrade to double pane windows in our home and Quinn had by far the best prices and their service was great! They were able to order and get the windows installed in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend them and I plan on have them do some further work for me!

We had a very good experience with the company. The project manager(Conor) responded to my call immediately, and he was able to estimate the job the next day. He was very pleasant to work with, and was patient to answer all of my questions about replacing the windows. He inspected all the windows in the house and helped us figure out a game plan for replacing what needed to be replaced, and saving what was still in decent condition. He also was willing to provide pricing for several options when it came to the replacement windows. The process took a while, as we were also dealing with replacing our roof at the same time. The company was very helpful in scheduling around our roof replacement and dealing with our timetable. The job was done over two days, and was very easy on our part. The guys were polite, worked hard, and made sure we felt comfortable with everything going on. We did find more rot than we expected in several places, but the add on prices were very reasonable. We did have one minor issue with the replacements. The front door that was ordered had a narrower jamb than the one that was removed. It would not have been a big deal, but we wanted to keep our screen/storm door on the outside. It was a frustrating situation, but the guys worked an extra 3 hours on the door and were able to add small pieces to the outside to extend the jamb and keep the screen door without making the new entry look bad. Overall, we had a very good experience with Quinn Windows, and we will be using them in the future as we slowly replace the wood windows around the rest of the house.
