Welcome to Quinn Windows, a family-owned and operated window replacement and home remodeling company founded in 1980 in Atlanta, Georgia. We specialize in complete Window and Door replacement. We'd like to be your next contractor. Your home is likely your biggest investment and you need someone trustworthy and knowledgeable to improve and protect that investment. Over 30 years experience, an excellent rating with the Better Business Bureau and an endless list of references are only a few things that speak for how trustworthy and knowledgeable we are. At Quinn Windows, we put our family name on every project we do. Each job we do reflects on our reputation and we work hard to do the best work we can do to protect that reputation. Description of Work: Quinn Windows replaced 11 windows in my home. When I first contacted them, I worked with Conor who was very friendly, informative, and not at all pushy. Once I selected the company for the job, they were quick in ordering the windows and setting up an installation date. The crew did a wonderful job. Description of Work: Quinn windows installed my windows in 2014. Since this is an old house built in 1952 and built on sight, there were many challenges in putting in the windows. They did a great job. But this year I had problems with two of the windows and they came right out and repaired them at no cost to me. That what I call standing behind your product and the installation of work done. Great job!

Description of Work: They replaced my French Doors (dining room). The installers were great, attentive to detail, spoke with me throughout the process, kept everything clean and completed the work in great time. Connor Quinn was great to work with, responded to all my calls and emails, plus provided a great price for the door and install. Highly recommend them and will look to use them for future needs and refer to neighbors and friends!

Sorry to hear we fell short somewhere on this. I thought you got quite a deal! We came out on a Saturday with less than 48 hours notice to repair your home's windows so that you could have them fixed in time for a labor day party you were having. We also did what would normally cost around $550 for $240 total. Please let me know if you find another professional that can re-glaze a shattered patio door, reglaze a fixed window and repair balances for less than $240. We'd be happy to send work their way.

Description of Work: They replaced 4 transom windows and a double hung window. Price was very reasonable and they arrived promptly with my windows prior to the painters coming in even though they were very busy and didn't know if they could make it in time. They did a great job - very quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves.

I apologize for you feeling like you had to keep watch over the job. I know this was the first 19th century farm house that we did extensive renovations on and I know it was a challenge for all parties involved. From finding materials that would meet the approval of the historical preservation committee to finding some unexpected structural damage that needed correction, I know it was no walk in the park. In the future we have made plans to allocate more funding and dedicate more time to jobs like this one in order to meet the expectations of clients like you.
