I needed my gutters replaced and I wanted to use a local company. I found Palace on Angi’s list and requested a quote. Peter, the owner of the company, came right out within a couple of days to accommodate my schedule. Peter was amazing to deal with. He treated my home as his own and was able to beat every other quote that I had received. He was up front with all the cost and quality of materials that he used. Peter offered gutter protection in the form of Champion gutter covers and also replaced some fascia and soffits that needed attention. His team handle all of my request with professionalism and skill. I feel that Peter went out of his way to make sure my project went well and I am grateful. Needed repairs to roof from fallen tree. Not only did they fix all the holes a day after I agreed to the quote, but they even repaired a soft spot with rotting wood and were able to fix my gutters as well.

I hired “Peter the Roofman”, from Palace Roofing Restoration and Gutters to replace my old roof and gutters for the following reasons. After he presented his proposal, he took me outside to his truck and showed me the materials and explained the processes he would use to replace my roof. He then walked me around my home showing me the areas that had rotten wood where water had leaked from my old roof and gutters. He explained what he would do to correctly prevent those problems from occurring to my new roof. Peter showed me the latest manufacturer’s specifications and materials for new roof installations. He cut out the technical jargon in favor of language that even the non-technical person can understand. Despite my gripes about the problems he found, his attitude remained friendly and empathetic. He told me that he would treat my new roof installation as he would his own home. Peter supplied several photographs of how the work was progressing. He pointed out that my old gutters had some obvious problems and some less obvious ones. They were the smaller 5" gutters attached with the old gutter spikes. Peter pointed out that it was clear that they were overflowing in many areas, and this was causing damage to my siding. Palace Roofing installed all new 6" seamless gutters with larger downspouts, and as a bonus, he suggested replacing my old white gutters with black aluminum gutters to increase curb appeal without increasing the cost of the job. His excellent customer service, knowledge of roofing installation, and understanding of the most current materials and how manufacturers wanted them installed, convinced me that his company was my best option to replace my roof and gutters. Peter and his crew were very professional and easy to deal with. They arrived on time, completed the work on time and did a great job. They took care to avoid damaging any shrubbery around my house and cleaned up the entire area when they were done. We were very pleased with the entire experience.

We've used Palace Roofing twice--once for a tricky gutter reconfiguration to solve a leak and later for roof damage from a fallen tree--and had a great experience both times. When you call, you're dealing directly with the owner, Peter, not a call-center operator. Peter is friendly and responsive, was honest in his estimates about what approach would be most cost-effective; he also oversaw the work personally. For both projects, Palace's crews were able to start work quickly, finished promptly, and seemed to pay a lot of attention to detail. We plan to continue using them for any roof/gutter projects and would highly recommend them for the same.

We hired Palace Roofing to clean the gutters in my house, installing gutter guards and for some gutter repair. The owner is very responsive. The work was great, and the price they charged for the entire work was very reasonable. I did not have the budget to install the top-class gutter guard, so the owner suggested me a mid-range gutter guard option that would do the job and fit my budget at the same time. The workers were fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

The installation of the roof and the gutters were a game changer for our home. It took a charming 1929 home to one of the show pieces of the neighborhood. The scheduling of the work was done on time. The budget we established was met. The quality of the work was superior. The communication between ourselves and Peter (owner) and the installers were great. They did an excellent job cleaning up of our property after the work was done. Peter followed up with us after the work was done to ensure we were satisfied.

You know how Angie's List offers a list of company names "interested in doing your work"? Well I selected Palace to request a quote, and they couldn't be bothered to even acknowledge my request. I understand if the company is booked, and even stressed during periods of heavy demand (early February), but nothing!?. . . speaks to something missing in this company.

Peter the owner took all the time required to answer all my questions. He taught me things that I have not discovered on my own in searching for a new roof. Most roof warranty are null and void when a new roof was installed. And in order for that warranty to be relevant, installation of roof should be in good quality. Peter is all about quality, they took their time to ensure proper install. If you plan on staying in your house, and don't want to deal with roof problems down the road, then Place Roofing is the way to go.

Peter from Palace.Roofing is the best! He responded quickly to my request, and my roof replaced in record time! I am surprised the sonic boom from their fast work didn't blast a new hole in my roof! but hey they could have fixed that too!!! My roof job involved a more extensive repair to the sub-roof from water damage. No problem, Peter and his crew didn't complain or jack up the price - they just fixed it! peter followed up on the repair a few days later and noticed a hole in the trim to my roof that wasn't part of the original job. He got a ladder, some wood, a saw and fixed it himself!! Such an awesome dude! The best experience ever! Peter and his crew are the best! Thanks!

Palace Roofing did a fabulous job repairing our gutters and installing gutter screens. They were prompt and professional. They also installed a new roof for us a few years ago and did a great job! Very pleased.
