Family owned and operated since 1972. Over 10,000 satisfied customers in our company database. We correct water problems for well water and city water. We do a free water test to determine exactly what the problem is with the water to include a bacteria test. We determine what filtration system is needed to create clean, safe water for your family and will provide you with the estimated quote. Metro Water Filter of the South includes service on all residential and commercial applications.

Description of Work: They showed up on time and did the inspection and brought the salt, but it wasn't until they left that i found out the servicing had not been completed. I called the tech and he came right back to the house but then charged me the full service fee minus the Angie deal. Since the time of the servicing we have called several times complaining of slimy water. They keep saying this will go away but it hasn't. Due to these issues we will most likely not use them again.

The customer had us come out and do the service that was advertised on Angie's List. That service was performed on the softener and finished. The customer then asked us to service the other filter (Acid Neutralizer). The special was only on the Water Softener. My employee could have charged labor on the service for the filter but only charged for the materials used in the filter. The $90.00 was for 3 gallons of the media used in the acid filter, and we even gave them 1 for free. When the acid filter was serviced the softener then was able to work correctly and as a result the water can feel slimy. That is not a problem with the filter. We advised the customer on how to keep the water from being too soft.
