Description of Work: I felt decieved by the sales rep as too exactly what services I was recieving. I called within three days to cancel the service and the worker came to my house anyway while I was not home. Now Im stuck in a contract with a company that I feel is wasting my time and money. If you need to cancel their service you must do it within three days and apparently put it in writing which I was not aware of.

Description of Work: Service was a "free trial.". They Wanted to replace my quarterly service and offered a cheaper better service. I was paying 65 dollars with my old exterminator 4x per year. I agreed to try Linx for free. They came out in June and seemed to do a good job. They came back a month later in July with no appointment when I was not home and left a bill for 85 dollars. When I called to inquire they told me I contractually agreed to quarterly service and this was my first service. So basically the "free" trial was a gimmick and they aren't cheaper than my former service.
