Len's Lawns

After just 4 services, we discontinued due to damage and poor customer service. Our concerns detailed below were never addressed after numerous attempts. They weed whacked expensive & newly planted Asiatic Lilies, Tiger Lilies, and Convallaria Majalis Rosea bulbs in late April -- they never grew back & I will need to purchase new bulbs. They were planted in a flower bed with stone trim and mulch. I wrote them about this immediately and never received a response of any kind. They destroyed a garden mat next to a hammock with the weed whacker. The area did not even require mowing or cutting as it was under a shade structure. They tore up the lawn because it was really too wet to mow. It did not even need to be mowed and they came early & on a Saturday. Our lawn now has circles from where the mower turned. It looks awful. When we addressed that we did NOT want Saturday service, we were told we would be charged extra if they were forced to skip us on a rainy week. When expressing concerns for damage to our lawn and his rude behavior he responded: "Your weeds will grow back in a week. I’m only rude when I run into idiots. Have a nice day."
