Description of Work: We had spiders and millipedes invade our basement. They came in a cleared all spider webs on the interior and exterior of home, serviced the exterior and gave helpful advice on how to prevent reinfestation.

You don't receive that with all companies. He even addressed an unexpected problem with a mouse that occurred while on-site AND had the equipment to do it (i.e. didn't require a follow up visit and more cost). And best of all, the price was right!

 + -1 moreRay was exceptional. He climbed into our attic in the middle of a hot summer day, evaluated our pest problem, and laid several rat traps. He also checked out another issue inside the house and informed me that what we were seeing were likely roach droppings, and he set some roach traps. He was highly professional and provided lots of explanation throughout the process. He also provided tips on how to reduce our mosquito problem in the backyard (aside from just spraying). I was very impressed by his work and knowledge and would certainly recommend him and hire him again. Thanks Ray!
