+ -1 moreNever got back to me with an estimate, despite repeated calls and e-mails.
Description of Work: I contacted the provider 6 times via phone and e-mail. I took pictures of the gate to be replaced. I had to keep contacting them trying to just give me a quote. They kept saying that they would get it from their esitmator. but never got back to me. It has been over 3 weeks and still nothing. I have just wasted a lot of time to get nothing.

+ -1 moreFence Workshop were okay. They were really busy, they sent two guys around but occasionally they'd have to get pulled off to go work on other things. I would probably use them again.
Description of Work: They put a fence around my backyard. It's a 6 foot privacy fence on one side and a 5 foot ornamental along the street.

+ -1 moreThey scheduled an appointment for an estimate and even sent me a calendar request that I accepted. The day of the appointment I received an email from them 20 minutes after the appointment was supposed to be trying to confirm the appointment. They said they tried calling a number (not mine) and couldn't reach me so the estimator went to their next appointment. While they tried to reschedule and were apologetic for the "miscommunication", you can't earn a customer's business if you don't show up.
Description of Work: Schedule an appointment that they confirmed by email and sending a Google Calendar reminder. Never showed up.

Description of Work: The Company Fence Workshop sent out an estimator (chris) who was a bumbling idiot. First he never called like he was supposed to when he was on his way. Then he went to the neighbors house (the one who I'm trying to block out with the new fence because of all the junk and chicken coop in their yard) - yes I said chicken coop! I have a 5' tall X 3' wide mailbox with 4 inch decorative numbers! When I asked the guy how he could miss my house his smart mouth reply was "well I can just leave". So I told him to GO! This was a COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME! If this guy was any representation of the company and obviously he is or they would not be sending him out to give estimates I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! EVER!
