Great job. On time and on price. All work was perfectly done.

Outstanding! I have recommended them to my neighbors and they have been so impressed with their electrical and outside construction work. They are first rate, excellent problem solvers. When they installed the vent, they got it done the first time correctly.

Took 4 appointments. The second appointment they called 1 hour and 15 min. late to say they were coming. I had left. Had to call them back and reschedule. Third appointment sent a subcontractor to look at toilet to figure out what they needed. Today they were 20 minuets late.

perfect wasn't due until 12:30 called at 10am said they could be here in 30 minutes. They were and took just a few minutes to fix. Am having this vendor look at some sheet rock replacement I need as well. Overall very professional and on time big in my book. Enough that I have them looking at other work as well.

Dan responded quickly to my request for a quote. He and his associate arrived at the schedule time. They removed the old water heaters and hauled them away. The old intake and output lines need to be reconfigured since two water heaters were being replaced with one. Dan replaced the old plastic lines with copper. The exhaust vent also needed to be reconfigured. Before leaving, Dan made sure everything was working properly and that I was satisfied with the work. I am very pleased with the new water heater and the service Dan provided.

Very pleased with how it went overall.? Daniel understand and worked with me to create an extremely low maintenance deck that requires zero painting/staining/sand blasting/etc..? When an issue came up involving the deck color I had chosen he drove all the way out to my work office to meet with me and go over my options, I greatly appreciated that.? Due to the excessive heat it took a few days to install the new deck, but only a few, and the deck is?exactly what I wanted, I'm very pleased.

A bit expensive, but responsive. The shower wall had some mold caused by faulty installation. He had the cement board replaced and then retiled over top. In the basement, we have a finished room that had two walls of damaged dry wall that he replaced. He did a good job and he was punctual.

I wanted licensed plumbers and electricians to take care of repairs,ID'd in a home inspection and looked at the reviews of Epie's Repair Service on Angie's List. Besides the great ratings, I was impressed that they took the time to respond to each review. A sign to me of good business practices and attention to customer service! I contacted Epie's via email shortly after normal business hours, and had a reply in my inbox first thing the next morning saying they could take care of my repair list. Dan included pricing for all except one item that required a visual. I had to delay the service date, but the office was great about communicating with me, keeping me on their list, and scheduling me promptly when I gave the go ahead. On the day of service Dan and Dwyane checked in via phone shortly before arrival, worked quickly once arriving and everything was finished within a very short time. And I could not have asked for two nicer professionals to take care of this for me! Pricing was extremely reasonable and I had an emailed invoice before they left. One couldn't ask for more! I would certainly recommend Epie's Repair Service.

They are very friendly and arrived on time. Very fair pricing and easy to deal with! I would definitely use their services in the future, and recommend them to others.

Dan who is the owner came out to replace my leaky faucet. They had it replaced in a timely fashion. I had checked around and got several quotes on replacing the faucet, but then I saw the deal for Epie's and gave them a call. I am so glad I did call as with the deal from Epie's I saved myself over $275.00. They did a great job, and once they were finished I had asked Dan a couple of questions relating to my water pipe and changing from septic to sewer. He actually took the time to go in the crawl space and check the water pipes. Dan was very honest in all his responses and did not try to sell me on services I did not need. Dan did this without hesitation which I truly appreciate as I had gotten a few other answers before and they did not seem like they were the right ones. I am already looking for logs for the fireplace and will be having Epie's installing them. I will definitely use Epie's for any and all services they provide.

I made the mistake of trying to save a few dollars by having Home Depot do the installation. After three appointments, each time with them telling me to fix something else before they will touch it, I gave up and called Epie's. They were prompt, professional, reasonable, and handled the job start to finish. I have had no issues since.

Unfortunately, this happened over a year ago, but we had no problems with the installation and it's worked fine since.

Did nothing, got it fixed by someone else

The owner called me to complain about my previous review. In fact it had been 5 days not 10 days on the bathroom remodel estimate. He told me he was waiting on his cabinet man to get back in touch. I did recheck his email and he had put the wrong date on it. I apologized for the error in my review and offered to let him continue on with his estimate. He declined my offer. The only negative I have about Epie's was their price was so much higher than my other 2 estimates. I am sure he does quality work based on the other reviews I read. Personally he was very nice on his visit.

Great work! I am happy that Epie's is always there to handle a big variety of jobs that I can't (or won't) do. Every 6 months or so, I go around the house and make a list. Epie's has always done excellent work!

The electrical problem was resolved later, independently. Although the appointment was not confirmed before the crew arrived, the gutter cleaning went well.

.Epie's had to coordinate with the power company to disconnect the power line from the pole to the house. Epie's began work on the other section of the house around 10:30. At 11:00 the power company arrived and turned off the power. All of the old boards were removed while the new boards were being painted. (paint was supplied by the owner). After the paint dried the new boards were attached. The work was completed around 4:00. The area was completely cleaned and the power company was again notified to reattached the power line to the house. The power company came around 6:15 and reattached the cable. Epie's did a fantastic job!

While the quoted prices and time frame of proposed installation seemed consistent with current market conditions, we ended up going with someone else.

The price was what they advertised and he was good about it. It was somebody over tightening the faucet which made it leak. He did what he was supposed to do. He came out both times within a couple of days.

It went terrific. They did great. They found something in my line underground. They replaced the line and bolts. They put in a ground bolt.

A gentleman did some electrical work and he did not do it properly, but another gentleman came and did it properly.

Provider uses different subs to do the work. Each of the subs was very professional and on time. Work was done in an efficient manner and there was terrific cleanup in all cases. I am very pleased that I found Epie's as I needed help getting my house ready to put on the market. Now that I have planned to stay in my house indefinitely I have a list of other projects that I will be reaching out to Epie's to assist on soon.

Bought a deal for two faucets. Good bye old leaky sillcock valve and hello new quarter-turn valve. I love my new faucets. Dan and Erik are a good team and finished the job like the pros they are -friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend Epie's Repair Service LLC. ???????!
