Quote was given within 24 hrs. Very professional, however quote was much higher than others received. I would definately use this provider if quote was closer to other quotes received.

Company was too busy and scope of work was too large. They declined the business. I'd consider calling on Epie's again for a smaller project. I appreciate them being straight forward about this and not keeping me on the hook.

Replaced inlet valve/float on two vintage toilets: $39 for the first one, then $125 for the second. Good family run business! Very personable.

The professionals at of Epies Repair Service were quick to help and got the job done. I had chain-link fence over rough terrain that was damaged by a storm. They came in and took care of everything just as they said they would. This is a rental property of mine and since I am out of state responsiveness and communication is key. They kept me up to date with the progress and went above and beyond when it came to documenting their work for my insurance claim. Ill often need work done on this property and Ill be sure to hold onto their phone number.

It was a very good experience. They arrived on time and worked very quickly and efficiently -- they even cleaned up any dust and debris! I would absolutely use them again!

Price was fair and the work, thus far, appears to be of good quality...disposal working great! Easy communication with Dan. Dan is very nice and professional! He even fixed a toilet handle that was not flushing correctly, on the spot, at no additional cost. Will use again in the future.

Dan, a formal opera singer(!), was our primary point of contact. He is a very busy man, but ensured that his assistant, Ignacio, was here on time every day to complete all work to our satisfaction. Dan is professional and a great problem solver. He figured everything out to our satisfaction. We were promptly billed for services throughout the process. We are very pleased with the quality of Epie's work as well as their sub-contractors. We will definitely use them again. In fact our next project is a custom-built entertainment/storage center.

Tech said it was fixable, even though old. He did the repair (on a Friday). Next morning - Mom called and said water on floor (second floor), leaking a bit on ceiling. She turned off water to it. I attempted to reach company - got voice mailbox and message was not returned - all weekend. I called another company I'd used - they came out and said the toilet seal was leaking, should have not fixed - should have indicated toilet needed replacing. We got another toilet and company worked with us to get resolved.

Other than not knowing they'd need a ladder (and having to spend an hour to get it and return), they were fine. The reps were friendly, neat, conversational and helpful.

This was a hard job. They had to carve out the stump of the tree that was removed and that caused the damage. They placed a new end post and replaced chainlink and top rail over approximately 25 feet of fence.The job is perfect and I highly reccommend Epie's!

He and his assistant did a thorough, efficient job of replacing the door. He did have to ask for more $ than the quoted rate because he forgot to include the cost of a lock set handle.

Ceiling height was 14 feet, beyond reach of my own ladders. Highly recommend them.

Initial visit for shower leak was timely, responsive, and professional. Scheduled follow-up for toilet and disposal also a very good experience. Total cost much less than I feared. I would definitely call them again.

From start to finish, Mr. Doster and the crew were prompt, courteous, and professional. They responded to calls and emails in an incredibly timely fashion. Mr. Doster took plenty of time to listen to my needs and concerns, and finished the work quickly and beautifully. The waterproofing folks were very knowledgeable, and boy, am I glad I had them install that pump and drain. It has worked very well in the last month to keep the torrential rains from flooding my basement. The electrical work done my Mr. Doster is flawless, and we just could not be more pleased with this company. We have already recommended Epie's to our realtor and to our friends. Very quick response and on time, a little pricey for work done but maybe that's just the going price. We were on a time crunch and they came through promptly!

Epie's replaced an electrical panel (ours was old and out-dated), as well as recessed lights, and moved / added wiring for our kitchen to accommodate a remodel. Very nice folks. Very professional.

Dan, Jesse, Phillip, and the rest of the crew are great. We had them install outdoor outlets on our house since our home is older and did not have electrical outlets on the outside. They performed this service wonderfully and also installed outdoor landscape lighting. Our yard looks wonderful now at night. They were very prompt and efficient at completing everything. Would definitely use them again.

The work by Dan on the drywall was excellent even though I did not provide color-matched paint Dan was able to blend his patches seamlessly into my existing paint. Alexander the plumber also did excellent work even staying till past dinnertime to finish in my required timeframe even taking the time to fix a separate leak the next morning in less than 15 mins before breakfast. I will use Epies in the future for plumbing, paint/drywall, or maybe carpentry or electrical.

It went incredibly well, the problem was so simple that I wasn't charged for it! I was amazed. I would definitely call them again for any other problems that I may have.

Replaced cast iron drain pipe with PVC pipe, installed new garbage disposal and repaired drain in kitchen.

In installing our mailbox, Dan, through no fault of his own, ran into some unforeseen complications which required him to not only spend hours at our house that night but then come back the next day and finish the job. When he was done he wouldn't accept payment from me. He is extremely honest and conscientious and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and use him again.
