Elsa's Cleaning Service has been in the business for over 30 years now. We are a family owned business that is committed to making your home as clean as possible. We provide detail cleaning. Our team has been working with us between 2 to 14 years, and over half our clients have been with us over 7 years! (we are so thankful for them!) Our team is honest, reliable, thorough, trustworthy, and the best team we have ever had. We are also fully licensed and insured. After our initial cleaning, we strive for the same team member to come to your house every time your house is cleaned to personally care for your house. Thank you!

I hired this company because I was injured and could not complete many tasks in my home. They came bi-weekly. When I pointed out things that the workers missed, the owner, Michelle was very unprofessional. I tried twice to contact the other owner, but she never responded. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company!

We're comfortable with what we're paying. We've had some really, really excellent cleaners and we've had some that weren't quite so good; not bad, but they weren't as good as the best ones. It depends on who they send out. We have used them for several years, so they must do a good job.

Elsa and her husband, Roger, came for a consultation to see the size of my home and to determine what my needs were. Elsa explained in detail how the service works and asked about any preferences/concerns that I had. They are wonderful – very personable and clearly committed to providing an excellent service. Following that visit, an employee was assigned to my home and Elsa and Roger returned with her for the initial deep cleaning and to ensure that her employee understood what would be required going forward. I am delighted with her employee (she is here every other week for approximately 3 hours) and with the results of her work. The house sparkles when she is done! I began this service about 5 months ago and I have been extremely pleased. Clients pay a fee for the initial deep cleaning, then the cost of the subsequent scheduled visits is less, based on the size of the home and other factors. Elsa’s Cleaning Service is reliable, responsive and professional. I highly recommend!

They are always here when they say they are going to be here and they are constant. They are professional and their workers are excellent. They do a basic housecleaning; vacuuming, dusting, moping, and cleaning tubs, showers and toilets too. I feel comfortable with them in my home and you can see the difference after they are done. We provide a few cleaning items, but about 80 percent are their own.

Elsa and her husband showed up on time for our cleaning and worked for over three hours (we had a lot of dirt!). They were very personable and wonderful with my 3.5 year old daughter (which isn't always the case, since little ones can be perceived as being in the way by some). She loved them so much she drew them both pictures to take home! Even the air in our house felt cleaner after they left. They left all the expected places (bathrooms, kitchen, etc.) sparkling as well as the often neglected places (baseboards, air vents, etc.). We would definitely hire them again. Thanks Elsa!

A crew of 3 should up promptly Thursday morning. I appreciated her calling and letting me know they were less than 30 minutes away. They did a fantastic job! Very personable. Elsa has been in the business for a while and it really shows in her and her staffs work.. They clean, check and re check every area of the house. I would feel 100% confortable giving them a key to my home for cleaing when I'm not there and will! I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with Elsa, Roger, and Anna.! Give them a try!

Elsa and Roger arrived on time - a little earlier than their usual time to work with my schedule. I appreciated that flexibility. And they did a great job on the house. They really gave it a thorough cleaning. Even places I did not expect them to clean were cleaned. It all looks great. I did not stay while they did the work - I had to be at work myself. But they did the work and then locked the door behind them when they left. All in all, it was just what I was hoping for. I would definitely work with them again. Note that the price was a deep discount because of a "Big Deal" on Angie's List.

They were very very professional, they accomplished all of the cleaning chores that needed to be done. I couldn't believe my eyes when they finished, everything was spotless. I have paid 350 dollars for service before going to them and they did not do as good as a job. They are way better than just an A.

Amazing!! Elsa and her crew are the real deal. Professional, kind, prompt, trustworthy, THOROUGH and nice to be around. I was giddy like a kid on Christmas morning with how clean they made our house. 2 thumbs up (WAY up - 4 thumbs if i had them). Our house was spotless and that is saying a lot since a 2 year old lives here and I can't even remember the last time I had a moment to dust anything much less baseboards. They even cleaned out the toaster, coffee pot and microwave. I can't wait for them to come again (and again, and again and again).

My carpets NEVER look this good when I vacuum. And all cobwebs are gone! They got here around 8:45 (like they said they would) and were done at 11:45. Both bathrooms are so clean and look so good. I will definitely have them come once a month and give the house a good going-over. Thank goodness for Elsa's Cleaning Service. My house is truly healthier now.

The Spring Cleaning was done on 4/21/2011 (I think), and the results were excellent as described above. The every other week service has continued since then, and I continue to be very satisfied. Elsa is very accommodating about adjusting schedules if need be. There is a modest charge if a visit needs to be cancelled completely rather than rescheduled, but all that was outlined in her proposal. I feel that I am getting excellent service from a trustworthy provider.
Description of Work: My husband and I decided we needed assistance with housecleaning, and I contacted Elsa Fiero. She came and went over our whole house and quoted prices for various services. We agreed to a one time Spring Cleaning (the most extensive and expensive option. Other choices would have been 1st cleaning - least expensive and Deep Cleaning - middle cost). We contracted for twice monthly cleaning of the downstairs only following the Spring Cleaning. Elsa, her husband, and Carmen came as arranged for the Spring Cleaning, and our house shone when they left after a full day. Carmen became our regular cleaner, and she is wonderful. The things I truly value about Elsa's Cleaning Service are: the same person comes every time, they bring a special professional vacuum cleaner and all supplies except Swiffer refills, you purchase your own fabric mop and long handled duster at nominal cost from them & it stays at your house for their use. In addition the services are tailored to your needs and desires. Pricing is based on those factors plus the size of your home. Elsa and Carmen are totally professional and are also very caring. They were very kind during my husband's illness and following his death. I am very happy with this company and recommend them without reservation.

We had trouble with Elsa's cleaners. Elsa's Cleaning has had a lot of turnover. We were not happy with the service recently.

Our apologies for not responding sooner to this review. We have been using Kudzu.com for numerous years and just went on Angie's List. If you wish to see how well we work and have an opportunity to read about us, please look us up on Kudzu.com. Then, you can compare us. Now concerning this review, we do want you to know that we have kept our employees from 3 to 14 years. We do not understand why (member name removed) said we had a lot of turnover. (member name removed) has had the same employee cleaning for her for the six years that she used our service, which was on a monthly basis. That employee has been with us for 14 years and is a supervisor for our company. (member name removed) had been very happy with this employee's work until we told her that she had been promoted and would not be able to service her house because she was moved into a supervisory position. During this time, my employee needed to take three months off to go out of the country for personal reasons. At that time we provided another employee temporarily. We also told (member name removed) that , if, at any time she had any problems with our service to please let us know. She never complained about our work until my supervisor came back to clean again. Then, she mentioned to her that she was not as happy with the other employee. We would have taken care of any issues with the cleaning immediately, if we had learned about it. My employee that cleaned her house for six years told me she was not comfortable cleaning her house anymore because of the stress involved in this house. We made the decision to stop servicing this house for the sake of our employee. So (member name removed) did not fire us, we terminated our service with her. ONCE AGAIN, PLEASE LOOK US UP ON KUDZU.COM. We are very upset with her misleading statement. We do our very best to please every customer we have with excellent work and loyal employees.
