 + -1 moreCouldn t believe how rude was the person (male) on the phone when I called. Almost felt like I was bugging him. They made me feel very unwelcomed and that my business was not their priority. My computer needed to be fixed and at the end of the day it is not. Could never get an exact date of when my computer would be fixed. Took way longer than I was promised. Everyone was very rude and they seemed like tthey had no idea of what they were doing. Terrible experience.

 + -1 moreThey did not charge me anything for the last two times because I just went in there for questions and support. I am an old lady and do not have a lot of computer skills, so they were very patient with me. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I would continue to use them in the future.
