The guy who showed up for the estimate (a long list that included not only insulation and roofing, but some additional electrical and other jobs in the attic) imeediately said they "could do it all" without even seeing my list. His next question.... "How much is your budget?" He still had not looked at my list of items. I told him that I needed to know the cost to fix the items on the list and that my budget was not the issue. After poking his head into each of my attic spaces, he eventually said he would have to come back with several other collegues in order to proivide an accurate estimate. I did not have him back.
