+ 0 moreThe owner is Jeffery Johnson. He came and did some work and it was beyond aesthetically bad. It was just ridiculous. He didn't think quality was important. I asked him why he didn't do something and he got up and told me that he already had the pay check and I am rich. I asked him why I would pay for something that is so terrible and that would cost me $1000 to fix. He huffed went down my driveway, got into his car and went away. He damaged my brand new deck. He scratched the top of a cover by laying his ladder there. I was wondering what the hell he was doing because all he had to do was put a little trim on the window. He did just one window and it took him all day and he was supposed to do 4. He was chipping off all the wood and I don’t have a new house, it was built in 1920. He was just tearing things apart. He was not taking it apart, he was just yanking. He put the trim in it and it was not level or straight. It doesn’t meet and it doesn’t match and it has a 3 inch gap here and there. I asked him what it is and he said it looked good. He said he needed the money and I am rich to pay him. I asked him if I was paying him to damage my house and he replied by saying I am rich and what it matters. It felt like a joke and unreal. I would suggest to people to run away from him.
Description of Work: I used the service of Builder Bob Renovations to do some handyman work around the house in April.

+ -1 moreIt was the worst experience with a contractor or human being I have ever witnessed or experienced.
Description of Work: Contractor was to remove and replace trim around the exterior of 3 windows. The job was a very simple and straight forward task. After leaving my home for a sale appointment I returned to find the contractor had already left the and only repaired 2 of the 3 windows, There was trash everywhere, they swept the saw dust which was a man made plastic material into the flower beds (looked as thou it had just snowed - In July 98 degree weather). The parts that they had apparently repaired looked worse than they did when they started. They broke a window Boards cut to short Caulk all over the siding, uneven & crocked placement of new boards, More Caulk unevenly applied to every contact area. They scuffed up my freshly painted deck Left trash and broken glass everywhere The storm window were caulked on and rehung in the wrong place To make it even worse they owner came looking for his payment. When we showed him the unsatisfactory work his guy did his comments are the following: At least it want leak I don't know what to tell you Your not happy? Just pay me for the materials I'm sorry your the rich one, I just live paycheck to paycheck (How is this relevant) Your poor so its of to screw people that make more than you?) Once we gave him the left over materials and refused to pay for a crappy job he spun off in his truck, He never once offered to make it right to receive his pay. This is a very very unprofessional and unskilled company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
