"It is unfortunate that you decided to take this delusional route of lies. Bailey's moving and Hauling would never treat a customer the way that you described. I would never yell at my son out on a job, nor would my son ever kick a person's door. When you called to hire us you were very upset because you were being evicted from your home, and you said that you didn't have much money to do this move. So we gave you a deal of $99 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. When you asked about your bed I told you that we have dealt with Sleep Number beds many times and had no problem taking it apart and reassembling it for you. You also had three different stops to go to and I didn't charge you for your extra stops ($50 per extra stop). You were pressed for time because you didn't want to go over 3 hours, so when we got to your second stop where your bed was going you requested that we just leave the bed and go on with the route so that you do not go over your time. So we left to bed there as you requested. You were going over the speed limit and wanted me to do the same in a 26 foot truck with your furniture on it. I could not do that just because you were pressed for time. We got to your storage unit which had a elevator and that took even more time. You ended up going over your 3 hours and did over 4 hours. But I only charged you for 4 hours. You did not have the money to pay for your overage, so again we helped you out by allowing you to sign a promissory note to pay your balance a week later. We have a sign bill with all of this information on it. your three stops, your overage, and your signature on a promissory note. After a week you finally paid your balance, then you asked if I could come back out and reassemble your bed that you asked to be left there due to time. Tamaria told you that it would be $25 gas fee for us to come back out and do your bed. This upset you so you decided to call Angie. You told Andie a lot of untruths about the situation. However I still agreed to come a hour away to set your bed up. When I got to your home your roommate let me in and you were being evicted already. You were yelling and cussing with your roommate when I arrived. I attempted to come up the stairs to take a look at your bed but you slammed the door in my face, cursed me out, and asked me to leave. You said because you were being evicted today you didn't need me anymore at this point after I drove an hour to help you. Now you decided to leave this nasty review of lies to get revenge. You are the only bad review that we have ever received. As you can see from the many other reviews that Bailey's moving and Hauling takes care of our people and we have many happy and satisfied customers. We will not let this one bad review stumble our greatness. We wish you well and hope that you find a job and a place to live soon so you don't have to go through such things to receive $100"

I personally closed you out that day at the end of the job and this incident was never mentioned. However you still tipped the workers so I am saddened and confused about your review.
