We had a great experience with the company. There were professional and competitively priced. They took special care of our items, wrapping and protecting them and they brought all of the necessary materials. They were courteous and patient and helpful. Would recommend and definitely would use again.

Movers came on time. They were fun, friendly and fast. They went over and beyond for me. It felt like family helping me. I would recommend again.

Initially I asked Mr Bailey since there were MANY offers, if he had experience in disconnecting/reconnecting sleep number beds, to which he replied he had done several. I explained that I was not familiar or even capable of doing it myself. He told me not to worry because he wanted my business again and that he would take good care of it. I contacted him for $250 to complete the job. He insisted that I pay him via Zelle, so I paid him in full. Several times during the move I heard Mr Bailey speak loudly and derogatorily to his helper whom I gathered was his son. I even mentioned it when he yelled at him for kicking the front door of my friend’s home shut. My friend witnessed this as well. When they left the bed DISCONNECTED and left, I asked when he would return to complete the reconnection of the bed and he stated that it would have to be another day or so because he had’ other’ jobs. When I told him that I understood that but he had NOT finished THIS job, there was a pause and he said my time went over and that I needed to pay him another $100. I asked him what TIME he was referring to. He stated I went over but only by an hour which was $100. Note that he told me I didn’t see him on the highway in route because his truck would not go over 60miles per hour, which has nothing to do with me! If anything whatever TIME he was talking about was exceeded because of his slow truck. This was a base rate contract and NOT by the hour. I believe he thought he should have been done by a certain time and after fussing at his son all afternoon, he was going to take advantage of ME. Against my better judgement, I agreed to pay him only because I wanted my bed put back together because I have not been able to sleep in it. I have 3 bulging discs in my back and the bed was purchased for that reason. I assumed he would come on AFTER he received the $100, but has since stopped responding to texts or answering calls. Recently his wife texted me June28,2024, and said that her husband would be coming to finish but that there would be yet ANOTHER fee of $25 for gas. This is where I decided to contact Angi. They’re trying to get more money out of me for an incomplete job! I am Not happy with this company or its service or professionalism. Furthermore, I have had conversations with the husband that the wife was unaware of and been caught in the middle. I have asked his wife to have ME BAILEY call me and have yet to hear from him. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide to either get my overpayment of $100 back AND the completion of reconnection of my bed, OR a return of my $100 AND whatever funds it will take for someone ELSE to reconnect my bed properly. ( FYI: parts, wires, hoses can ALL be seen under the bed. They are supposed to be install/attached to the underside of the bed. They just left it, lopsided and disconnected.) Thank you!😊

Excellent!! The best service, respect,honesty and dependability. Kevin and his crew were superb and I will be using them again for the move from storage into my new home when completed. I highly recommend.

Claimed to have knowledge and experience in disassembling and reassembling sleep number beds. He did NOT. He guessed the entire time! I was overcharged because his vehicle couldn’t even come close to the highway speed limit, he had to stop DURING my move to get gas, and on and on. Don’t know or care what he communicated to Angi, however they sided with him. Additionally his wife needs to stay out of the communication side of business. He and she communicated several DIFFERENT understandings. It was difficult to speak with Mr Bailey, maybe she’s one of those ’ jealous’ wives… trust dear, no one wants him but YOU. Lastly, the way he spoke with, who I found out later was his own SON, in presence of strangers, was so awful and cringy! The young man, in my observation wants nothing to do with the family business. He seems like a very smart guy who is really not interested in lifting heavy furniture for the rest of his life. I would NOT recommend this family to my FRIENDS or STRANGERS! I also would NOT recommend Angi to EITHER group 🤷🏽♀️

Bailey’s did a fantastic job! They went above and beyond for our family!! Kevin is so professional and he really took the stress of moving away. He is a great listener and took to heart our concerns. Him and his crew handled our furniture with care. They moved a HUGE China cabinet that is a family heirloom and they did an amazing job with it!!! We used their moving services as well as their junk removal services a total of 3 times and we will only use Bailey’s in the future!! Tamaria did a great job with all of the coordinating and communication. Our situation had many moving parts and pieces and everything was handled perfectly!! We are grateful for Bailey’s!!!

Kevin and Tamaria came out and accessed the move. We underestimated just how much stuff one can accumulate after 38 years, so we called them again for help with the move. They have very respectful employees. They jumped in and helped pack, set up the beds for us, put our boxes where they needed to go. Very quick to address any concerns we had. Very attentive to our needs. Their son and daughter also work with them. Very sweet, kind, respectful and helpful. Could not have asked for a better company to move us. This was our home of 38 years, the only home our children remember, it was very difficult leaving their, but they kept encouraging us and reminding us we were starting a new chapter in our life.

They did a good job removing things and such, they were there for 3 hours...I had planned to tip them 100 dollars each (two guys total) I left 100.00 on the top of the bannister at the top of the stairs. i do this to determine if I want these people again. The 5, 20 dollar bills were stolen, Im pretty sure it was the younger of the two. As a result I tipped 50.00 each so in the end he stole 50 dollars from his partner, unless his partner was in on it...This kind of thing saddens me...I have contacted Baileys but so far gotten no response.

Owner and workers lie about damaging items. Damaged my items and never got back to me regarding claims I filed. Owner doesn’t have his facts straight and there’s no integrity here. Cannot rely on them to honor commitments or tell the truth. Poor customer experience. I would never do business with them again.

Wonderful experience. The guys were so fast and efficient. They wrapped my furniture since it was raining. Everything went so well I will definitely be using them again. They also fit me in within 24 hours and communicated the whole time!

My move was awesome. I called Saturday and they did a full service move on Sunday. They were courteous and prompt. The price was what I expected. After my move, I was able to hire them the very next day for trash removal. Great customer service from the office to the guys working on the truck. Because of them, I can close on my house, this week.
